00:07General indicators of human trafficking could include violence or threats of
00:12violence, a lack of access or control of earnings or ID documents, it might be an
00:18inability to communicate or move around freely, or it could include someone who
00:23is showing signs of anxiety or fear. Human trafficking is a societal problem
00:28that all Australians can help solve or combat. Any piece of information, however
00:33big or small, can help protect a person who is at risk of exploitation. The AFP
00:39is always here to support and protect victims of human trafficking, but for
00:42those individuals who don't feel comfortable coming forward through
00:45police in the first instance, you can always seek assistance via the Salvation
00:50Army-led additional referral pathway.
