00:00this recipe is for all the chocolate lovers out there and that's definitely me I'm loco for all
00:12things loco love and this here is my chocolate lovers caramel tart you're gonna love it and any
00:18good tart starts with an incredible base the base is almond flour and then this incredible
00:24higher being tonic I want you to picture a hot chocolate but then take it to the next level
00:29with powerful ingredients we've got medicinal mushrooms and adaptogens we've got reishi ashwagandha
00:35and american ginseng it is incredible and it's going to add a beautiful chocolate taste to our
00:41base not to mention the incredible health benefits too we need about a quarter of a cup all right
00:47keeping gluten free we're going to use coconut flour coconut oil we're keeping it refined sugar
00:55free with maple syrup and also some vanilla bean combine the crust ingredients in a bowl until they
01:02form a wet rough crumb then use your fingers to press it into a fluted tart tin don't forget to give it a
01:09little prick with a fork before it hits the heat transfer into a preheated oven we're looking at
01:14170 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes my tart base has cooked and cooled and now it's time to get on to
01:22our caramel layer now we're using dates for our caramel here we're also going to use some peanut butter
01:28and some vanilla bean now have some water on hand so that when you're blending your caramel you can
01:34loosen it up a little bit if you need to
01:36yum yum yum i just wish i could sit on the couch and eat this caramel with a spoon but i'm going to
01:51be a good boy and i'm going to stick to the recipe as planned the base is cooled i can pour out our caramel
02:00like so thick gooey plant-based goodness
02:05refined sugar free for the win and then use the back of your spatula to even it out and fill it to
02:12the edges we're going to let this chill for about 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge whilst we make my
02:18glossy chocolate ganache now over a double boiler what i'm going to do is i'm actually going to heat
02:23some coconut cream to the point where it almost begins to boil okay i'm really happy with how my
02:30coconut cream has come up to temperature now today i'm using the loco love dark chocolate drops they've
02:35also got a milk variety but i think with this recipe dark goes really well with the richness of
02:41the caramel and it cuts through beautifully pour the chocolate in and the heat from that coconut cream
02:46will help melt those beautiful chocolate drops right there this is a good time to add your maple syrup
02:53now i'm just going to stir this together nice and gently with a whole lot of love until it comes
02:59together and it's silky smooth and nice and glossy and then i'm going to pour it out onto that set caramel
03:05layer and transfer the entire tart back into the fridge to set firm and then it's time to slice it up
03:11and enjoy not gonna lie i'm a bit obsessed with this recipe now you want to get yourself a knife
03:20that's nice and warm so keeps it lovely and clean let's do it oh it's just gorgeous look at this
03:31thick gooey caramel in the middle a layer of chocolate a gorgeous base this is perfect i'm gonna slice a
03:40couple of more pieces up and then top it with some ceremonial cacao look at that gourmet a whole lot of
03:47love put into this and real chocolate in its most natural state i'm gonna finely grate it across the
03:53top of this tart to add some cacao richness and depth to the flavor this is the type of recipe that
04:00nourishes from the inside out once you try this tart you'll be feeling all the love
04:06you're looking at the guy who loves to make your time in the kitchen easier more fun and of course
04:27super delicious you're in the right place because i'm going to show you how to make a crispy taco
04:33and we pair it with a few things here and there we've got a zesty avocado puree and a very very
04:39nice kiwi salsa you're gonna love it but let's start with the chicken and this is how easy it is now
04:45you'll notice something a little bit different about this chicken thigh it has the skin on and for a very
04:52good reason for me skin on equals ultimate crisp and nothing gets your chicken crispier than an air
05:00fryer now i've recently fallen in love with the air fryer tell you why you don't need as much oil so
05:06i'm gonna go just a little touch because the whole point of an air fryer is less oil more crisp so we
05:12love that now we want to bring out flavor so we're gonna go a little salt and then what we want to get
05:18in here too is some spices i'm doing my favorite mexican blend but you can do whatever you've got on
05:24now i'm gonna massage these spices into the chicken pieces here and you'll notice i'm not preheating
05:31any ovens around here that's because i'm using this bad boy this is the multi-fry air fryer and it is
05:38so easy to use simply pull out this drawer the thing i love about this drawer in particular is that
05:44it's dishwasher safe so you're winning because you're cutting down on mess perfect all right all we need
05:50to do is put the drawer back in like so and i'm looking at 190 degrees so i'll press play and what i'm
05:58going to do is set that for a beautiful 18 minutes now i can get onto the other elements of my dish and it
06:03all starts with this simple chopper i love this so i'm going to make my avocado puree in this bad boy
06:10what you want to do is you want to get your avocado slice it open perfect
06:15now you can just put it in as full whole halves like so beautiful we want flavor from garlic
06:25lime juice and zest
06:28i can already smell the spices on that chicken cooking as we go it's looking really good brings
06:35a lot of flavor and then of course some finely chopped coriander in there as well we're going
06:42to go with the olive oil the juice of the lime give it a really good squeeze get as much of it as
06:51you can off perfect now this is where the magic begins you've got full control over the consistency
07:01here now if i wanted a bit of a chunky rustic style guacamole type addition to this dish i'd just
07:08go a couple of times and i'd be good that's it but i want this to be a little bit smoother a bit
07:15more like a puree so just slap it down it's so good the technology here means that if i press lightly
07:23a little bit gentle speed but pressing right down really goes for it
07:28that's perfect i promised you an avocado puree check this out it's smooth it's creamy it's delicious
07:36now i'm going to take this blade out very carefully they're super sharp but look at this consistency
07:43perfect i love it i love it i love it i'm going to set that aside for a moment and then all i need to
07:48do before serving is char off some delicious corn tortillas and then make the incredible kiwi salsa
07:55for the cute little kiwi salsa in a bowl combine the cherry tomatoes kiwi fruit some flat leaf parsley
08:03dried chili flakes lime juice generous pinch of salt and some extra virgin olive oil give it a little mix
08:14and it's ready to go i love when everything comes together just perfectly as planned you've got to
08:22check out this crispy chicken thigh skin look at this that there you do not get crispy skin like that
08:30in anything other than an air fryer it's perfect but we're going to get to that in a moment first we've
08:36got to build our plate up i've charred these off just in a dry pan so that they're smoky and a little
08:42bit golden brown on the outside give that a little bit of a smear like so and we're going to repeat
08:47that process with all the others
08:49the chicken is looking so succulent it's moist in the middle but as i run the knife through that skin
09:02it's crispy crunchy everything chicken thigh should be especially for a taco recipe like this next we just
09:10got to load them up with the chicken pieces to bring it all together we've got to utilize this beautiful
09:15salsa big generous helping right in the middle of each fresh herbs kiwi tomato chili this is a showstopper of
09:25a recipe i've got some fresh flat leaf parsley just going to run the knife through these leaves gently
09:30give it a little sprinkle across the platter like so extra little pinch of salt
09:38this to me is taco heaven we've got the crispy corn tortilla base that is lathered up with that smooth
09:46and zesty avocado puree the crispiest chicken thigh you're ever going to taste and a salsa that just
09:52brings this recipe to life doesn't have to be taco tuesday to enjoy this recipe you're going to want to

10:44when it comes to our health it all starts in the gut how we absorb our nutrients but also how we break

10:55healthy food that we eat now this is my gut loving smoothie bowl you're gonna love it it's got a few
11:01cheeky little ingredients including papaya now papaya is actually fantastic for your gut so much so that
11:10there is an enzyme found in the skin of a raw papaya called caracane that actually helps break down gluten
11:17for us it's actually the powerful ingredient contained in each and every tablet of glute guard which is
11:23perfect for those who have to avoid gluten who are worried about being glutened
11:30along with the papaya we've got some frozen mango frozen banana some vanilla protein powder to up the gut
11:36goodness right there and we're going to bring that together with your favorite plant-based milk
11:41pour that in we're going to chuck the lid on and blitz it until it's thick smooth and creamy
11:53this stuff looks like soft serve it is so incredible not many people make smoothie bowls with papaya
12:01and i tell you once you do you're gonna love it look at that i'm gonna turn this out into my bowl
12:07just like so thick gorgeous vibrant this is like taking your taste buds on a tropical holiday every
12:14morning it's not just the incredible enzymes found in the papaya skin that are so fantastic it's actually
12:21a rich source of vitamin c and vitamin a so it's a big tick from me now i'm going to smooth that out and
12:27then we're going to top this like an absolute king what we want to do is we want to start with some
12:33banana we're going to slice that up into some thick rounds banana is one of my favorite fruits such a
12:39fantastic source of energy and pairs beautifully with the papaya now i'm going to go some longer shards
12:46here just along the banana like so and the reason i'm going to do that is i want a little bit of height
12:54with this i'm going to try to get all cafe worthy with this smoothie bowl we're going to go in press
13:00it in like so one more unreal and then we're going to get some more papaya on there because who doesn't
13:08love it i'm going to sprinkle some of that around the banana and then nothing makes this more tropical
13:16than some toasted flaked coconut if you're looking for a gluten-free breakfast that's high in protein
13:22packed with smart carbs but also fantastic for your gut then this is the smoothie bowl for you
13:34i'm such a fan of making cafe worthy breakfasts at home and you know what it's easier than you think
13:40and the best part about making it yourself at home is that you can next level the health benefits
13:45this is my miso scrambled eggs with crispy tallow hash browns and you're going to be making them over and
13:51over again once you try them now we're starting off with a little bit of flavor we've got onion
13:55powder minced garlic we're going to use an egg in there to hold everything together and i'm keeping
14:00this recipe gluten-free so i'm going to use tapioca flour arrowroot the same thing you can use these to
14:06help bind recipes where white flour would traditionally be used now i'm going to give this a generous pinch of
14:11salt bring a lot of flavor out and then give this a really really good mix we want the egg to wrap
14:18itself around that potato so it holds its form when it hits the pan now you'll notice with the potato
14:23i've grated it but i've also given it a really good squeeze to drain out excess water if you want crispy
14:29hash browns you've got to get rid of as much of that water in the potato as possible all right now
14:34i'm talking about all things crispy i'm promising crispy hash browns the only way to get crispy hash browns
14:41is frying them in a really good healthy quality source of fat now today i'm using grass-fed grass
14:47finished beef tello it is next level i often say fat is where the flavor is at but i also say fat is
14:54where the health is at now if you're getting fat that's naturally occurring from nature or animals
15:00that's the stuff we want to be celebrating and this here best of the bone it is liquid gold now i'm going
15:05to bring my pan up to heat we'll melt this off almost shallow frying so they go nice and crispy
15:11i'm going to cook it off in batches and once they're done place them on a tray in the oven
15:15set on low about 120 degrees so that they stay warm while i make my miso scrambled eggs
15:23now this here is a bone broth concentrate with organic miso now we all know the benefits of bone
15:29broth it helps heal and seal the gut it's fantastic for hair skin and nails and it can also support good
15:35quality sleep boost our immune system and a whole lot of other fantastic health benefits now i like
15:42adding it to these scrambled eggs it adds so much flavor but it's really really versatile you can
15:46put it in sauces marinades even into your soups this is grass-fed bone broth that is cooked low and
15:52slow for more than 48 hours extracting all the goodness from the bones from those happy cows
15:57meaning it's the best for your health
15:58my secret hack for getting cafe style scrambled eggs at home every time is cooking low and slow
16:08gently move them around the pan rather than overturning them time after time patience is the key for a
16:14perfect scrambled egg
16:20check out how crispy my hash browns have gone i love when they get those little spidery edges you just know
16:25they're going to be so crunchy now remember when you're cooking scrambled eggs turn the pan off
16:32a little bit earlier than you typically would because the residual heat is going to keep them cooking
16:37let's plate these up oh they're gorgeous they're glossy they're everything an egg should be
16:45i can't help myself but to add some of this delicious bone broth barbecue sauce to dip my eggs and hash browns
16:52into and then of course bring a little color and life to the plate we've got some freshly chopped
16:58chives that can go across the eggs and then a generous pinch of salt as well
17:04if you're looking to spoil a loved one or simply wake up one day and say heck i'm going to spoil myself

17:27i never say no to a sneaky treat and i'd certainly never say no to something that's no bake so you'll be
17:33saying yes to my no bake lemon and coconut slice it's so good and the best part is it's a healthy
17:41dessert that's actually packed with protein now we get the protein from these chickpeas they're also
17:48a fantastic source of fiber the best part about them is they also come in this eco-friendly tetra pack
17:54that's super easy to use you simply tear off the top
17:57and then you drain them out with no fuss at all with no artificial colors or flavors no preservatives
18:04and no added sugar you know this is just the good stuff let's transfer it to a powerful food processor
18:10or blender and then in there to create our base we need to flesh it out with some other classic
18:16mackenzie's pantry staples we've got desiccated coconut we've also got some coconut flour which is a
18:23fantastic gluten-free alternative to regular flour and now we want our wet ingredients we're going in
18:29with some lemon juice we're making this refined sugar-free so we're actually going to use some maple
18:35syrup for this one now this is raw no bake meaning it needs to set somehow and we set it in the fridge
18:44and coconut oil goes firm when it hits the fridge we've got some coconut cream this adds a beautiful
18:50texture and then of course along with the lemon juice we're actually using the zest it's gorgeous
18:56a little bit of vanilla extract and even in your baking a little crack of salt
19:04perfect all right we're going to place the lid on this blitz it until it's smooth and well combined
19:10if it's a little thick and chunky you can add a splash of water or two to really loosen it up
19:14this is looking perfect this filling so zesty so vibrant you want to line a square cake tin with
19:28baking paper spoon that out and then we're going to transfer this to the fridge to firm up it gives us
19:35just the right amount of time to get on to our zesty lemon coconut frosting
19:49it wouldn't be a lemon and coconut slice without a lemony and coconutty icing and it all starts with a
19:55fantastic good quality shredded coconut we're going to go coconut oil again that helps it set firm when
20:02it hits the fridge coconut cream maple syrup
20:09and some lemon juice
20:13and this lemon right here well we're not going to use the juice from this one we're actually going
20:18to reserve it for the zest to make our icing look next level now give your icing a little crack of salt
20:25and then get your hand blender in there what we want to do is we want to pulse it until it's smooth and well combined
20:33and again if it gets a little stiff a little splash of water will really get it going
20:45to say i'm excited is an understatement i'm so keen on this what i love about it most is that it's
21:00so easy just a little casual slice up the middle just like so soft gorgeous and perfect it's got a coconut
21:09chickpea filling it's got that incredible zesty icing on top if you think you've lemon sliced in your life
