US President Trump reacted for the first on not winning Nobel peace prize 2025. He said, Machado called him and said 'I am accepting this in honour of you because you really deserved it.' Trump’s desire shattered as the prize was won by the Venezuelan opposition leader. After constant ranting for 7-9 ceasefire claims, Trump failed to make Nobel peace prize 2025 in his account. Not just ceasefire ranting, he even became ‘self-proclaimed’ 'peace president.' Israeli PM Netanyahu just day before prize’s announcement shared a picture in which Trump wore peace prize medal. On October 10, Norwegian Nobel committee announced Nobel peace prize for 2025. Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado won the peace prize’25 for promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela. Backing his nomination, PM Netanyahu in a post on ‘X’ wrote in support of Trump, 'President Trump deserves it!' Meanwhile, The Norwegian Nobel Committee described Maria Corina Machado as a 'brave and committed champion of peace.'

00:56you know, all of the transactions that we did in terms of closing, but there are those
01:02that say we did so much that they should have done it, but I don't take, I'm happy because
01:07they saved millions of lives.
01:14Yeah.

03:19Ms. Machado has been a key unifying figure in a political opposition that was once deeply
03:28divided, and a position that found common ground in the demand for free election and
03:36representative government.
03:38This is precisely what lies at the heart of democracy, our shared willingness to defend
03:48the principles of popular rule, even though we disagree.
03:53At a time when democracy is under threat, it is more important than ever to defend this
04:03common ground.
