💁Dimension Posting (feature or option) in Business Central -
➡️The Available 3 Options are, as follows:-
1️⃣ Source Entry Dimensions ✅
2️⃣ NO Dimensions ✅
3️⃣ G/L Account Dimensions ✅

🔷This feature or option is refers to how dimensions are used to categorize and analyze financial data during the posting process.
🔹Users can set up dimensions on master data like; customers and vendors, which then default to new entries like sales or purchase documents.
🔹These dimensions can be manually entered, automatically populated, or blocked to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

💁Dimensions in D365BC:
Dimensions in Business Central are labels or tags that categorize transactions for reporting and analysis, allowing us to group and filter data like departments, projects, or salespersons without creating separate general ledger (g/l) accounts.
🔹We set them up by creating dimensions and dimension values, assigning default dimensions to accounts, and can also set up global and shortcut dimensions for faster analysis.
