00:18I played against Koshlinskaya, Gunina, y a la former Women's World Champion, Tang Zongyi.
00:25I beat them all and I just lost to Ju Wenjin, current World Champion.
00:32So, it was very exciting.
00:34I was back then young and I never saw such a big stage.
00:38It was the high stage that you could hope for to compete with the greatest women's players in the world.
00:46My first achievement was, I think, Uzbekistan Girls Youth Championship under 10 years.
00:52And when I played for the first time, I made it to top 10, which was very unexpected for me
00:57because I didn't know, I didn't compete a lot or at all at this level by then.
01:04And then I felt like, oh, it's something interesting.
01:07And second time when I competed under the same age group, I won the silver medal by losing only in tie breaks.
01:16Which is still heartbreaking, but it showed me that I can do that.
01:20And I just kept going and when I was 12 years old, I got National Master.
01:25I made it to the Higher League and that's how it all just started.
01:29And when I was 16, I completed my WGM norms and became a Women's Grand Master.
01:36I'm very happy, first of all, to be back to Uzbekistan, to be back to participating under the Uzbek flag.
01:45It has always been my honour and coming back to such an amazing environment where chess is appreciated,
01:54where chess is loved, is incredibly amazing.
01:58I saw the opportunity, I saw the changes, I saw how the president supports the players, I saw how the president supports the country.
02:07Without him, I think we wouldn't achieve, even young players wouldn't achieve such results.
02:12Recently, he personally gave me a medal called Kelecek Minotkar, which is the Builder of the Future.
02:17When I received the medal from our president, I felt a huge honour.
02:24I was like, oh my God, like I cannot believe this is happening.
02:29He trusts us, our government, our country trusts us in ways no one did before.
02:35I was definitely honoured at the same time, I felt the responsibility behind it.
02:40Because if people of your nation, president of your nation is trusting you, so you have to do things.
02:48Because especially, as I called the medal, Builder of the Future, it means you have to show up.
02:54You have to show up not only for yourself, not only for your nation, it's just you have to show up for the younger generation.
03:00You have to show them, hey, we can do that, we could do that, so you can.
03:05We have great young chess players, both male and female.
03:12And Abdusataraf Naderbeg made it the top ten in the world, which is an incredible achievement.
03:17And it takes a lot of work, courage to get there.
03:20So, and also we have other like Sindaraf and other very young players, many, many more grandmasters,
03:28who are making chess like incredible for Uzbek people.
03:37Uzbek players are at the work stage and Uzbek people follow, Uzbek fans follow.
03:42And also, it creates all the atmosphere when you have strong young talents for Hungary to achieve a lot in their life.
03:49It's a huge motivation for the whole fans, whole country.
03:54I always say for young people when it comes to chess, it's very important to be able to do the same thing.
04:02Any sports, every day you have to have the discipline.
04:05So, I would say no matter what you do in your life, have a discipline.
04:10Make sure you are doing your work.
04:12Don't be afraid of doing the hard thing, do the right thing and never give up.
04:17And I think you will achieve everything you want.
04:19I really hope I can bring a lot of motivation under Uzbek women's chess team and we can do great things together.
04:27My future plans are, honestly, I want to get ready for the upcoming chess olympiad next year.
04:35I will be competing for the Uzbek Sun women's team.
04:38I'm very excited for our team.
04:40I think we have great young players to play alongside with.
04:45And at the same time, I want to achieve Grand Master norms and the title eventually.
04:51So, I will work for it and definitely play some strong tournaments for it.
04:56Thanks for it.
