On our third day, we made a trip to Vũng Tàu by van. Most travelers usually go by boat or ferry, but with a group of four or more, hiring a van with a driver is actually more cost-effective than purchasing individual ferry tickets. Plus, it comes with the added convenience of having the driver on standby to bring us around the city — just a quick message or call away. Definitely much more hassle-free!
Here are the places we visited :
1. Hủ Tiếu Mực Ông Già Cali (14 Trần Phú) – They are famous for Squid and Seafood Noodle. The food here was decent, but service wasn’t great at this branch. We had a much better experience at their 113 Hoàng Hoa Thám outlet.
2. Seaside viewpoint near the Jesus Christ Statue – A beautiful and scenic spot with stunning ocean views.
3. Upside Down House (5 Trương Vĩnh Ký) – A fun and quirky attraction perfect for taking unique photos.
4. InterContinental Grand Ho Tram’s Beach – A relaxing beach escape with a luxurious vibe.
5. Gành Hào 2 Seafood Restaurant – Known for its fresh and flavorful seafood, this was one of the highlights of our trip!
6. Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Building Night Walk
