I lliked it. if you paid attention you could see she could read & write a bit. She had no problem reading her name and the prince's when they were chosen by Master Drew. I think its more that she probably has trouble with comprehension. She obviously only 6 or 7 yrs old and appeared to be raised in a rundown temple run by a very old shifu. I doubt he had the energy to teach her reading & writing. She was refreshingly naive & innocent. And believed those she trusted. Like most kids are and do

Even though this was a good drama I found the little FL annoying 😒 I know she’s a kid but the writers made annoying to the point I almost didn’t finish it… she didn’t know a thing. Couldn’t read, write, and was way too naive… I at least love when the little kids have some type of common sense when it comes to the bad guys but she had none
