00:00you know after you had Tristan that you and Tara kind of grew apart a little bit which I feel like
00:04it happens in a lot of marriages happen in my marriage too because you know your your soul
00:09focus is your child how do you feel you got yourselves back to where you were and is it
00:14still a work in progress sometimes it's a work in progress I mean I think marriage is a work
00:17in progress in general like you're with this person every day right you bother me right well
00:23you work together you're with each other a lot yes yeah you know gosh I don't think that there's
00:29like a solution or an answer I think it's really just remembering why you fell in love what we're
00:36best friends ultimately like Tark and I will say we are best friends we have so much fun together we
00:42laugh all the time together and you know I think at the beginning like you're so connected as you're
00:47learning about all these things I think people forget to learn things about their partner as
00:51like the longer they're together you stop like dating each other and asking each other questions
00:55and I think you know therapy actually brought us closer together because we were able to talk about
01:00some hard things that maybe we couldn't at home yeah and so when we're we're in our therapy where we
01:06feel a little bit safer to be like hey this is how I feel and we kind of have a response and he's
01:10there to like moderate and um I feel like it can bring us closer together after after that but
01:16communication laughing together getting away together traveling like this like we're in New York
01:21together no kids and just kind of like feeling like ourselves again right now we got to bring
01:26it back to square one sometimes yeah so it really is and I think Tark said he was here a few months
01:30ago that you did therapy very early on in your relationship too right is that correct or not
01:35really okay I wish we would have okay so I don't know if he said that okay yeah um he did like on and
01:42off and like I've had my own you know when I was young I had counseling therapy but together we
01:48did it okay until more recently we did here and there it wasn't like anything like consistent
01:52and I think like once he became consistent with it it it really helped yeah it's just like an outlet
01:57to kind of speak freely yeah you know I I think women and like men don't understand what it feels
02:03like to have a baby yes they have a baby but they don't have a baby so we're dealing with hormones
02:09we're bleeding we're breastfeeding like Tristan had tongue-tied very severe tongue-tie recessed jaw
02:15like jaundice like I was managing all these things while doing interviews while filming a tv show
02:22while taking care of other kids and Tark you know he kind of it was like divide and conquer he would go
02:27to the soccer game to take the bigger kids I'd be home with Tristan breastfeeding like trying to figure
02:30that out you know so you naturally kind of separate and then it's like okay now we're back and we're
02:36conquering together
02:41you
02:43you
