Gymnast tries to ace podium training but slips off rings

Heather shared this clip of the moment he believed he had the moment under control.

''I was at the US Championships, and it was my podium training,'' he told WooGlobe.

With strength and focus, he swung on the rings, making it look effortless until fate had other plans.

Just as the rings spun in rhythm, he lost grip and slipped, landing in an awkward heap.
