00:00Well we'll talk about how Renault got on today. We're going to talk first of all
00:04though about Racing Point LUT. Talk us through your race.
00:07Yeah, some great points for the team.
00:11All I thought about after the race was the battle with Stroll and a little bit of a controversial one.
00:18The fact that Stroll went off the track himself and Daniels had to take a void in action.
00:23If Daniel hadn't got out then he would have been pushed off and contact would have been made.
00:28I was obviously upset with him, but I also felt like the Racing Point's so fast, they're going to be a threat.
00:37I think at every circuit we go to.
00:40I was, I don't know, four tenths up when I came into the pits or something.
00:46But still the pace, I mean I was struggling to hold on to the Racing Points.
00:52Which is what we discussed this morning.
00:54Yeah, yeah.
00:57A number of teams in the paddock have got an issue with that Racing Point car.
01:05But all it takes is one team to protest and the first one that did was Cyril and Renault.
01:12We have decided to protest against Racing Point. We believe that this car is not legal, doesn't comply with the regulation and as such should be sanctioned.
01:24Renault have gone after a part of the car you cannot see with the naked eye.
01:34They're focused on Racing Point's brake ducts.
01:38Last year, to help us with brake duct design, we purchased some information from Mercedes.
01:48Information on listed parts is not allowed to be passed from team to team.
01:53Which means you have to design and develop them yourself.
