00:00once upon a time lived a fairy godmother named chappers you have sheep as neighbors next door
00:07I love I love having sheep as neighbors yeah she soared through the Shropshire skies in search of
00:20a home for her escapees enchanting yeah Hansel and Gretel that's a good word I like that our
00:27enchanting cottage so that they could live happily ever after yeah I really I think it's great I think
00:34if I was living here I'd be like the coolest kid on the block yes
00:57if it's peace and tranquility you crave Shropshire delivers and even though there's not a single
01:12city in sight you don't need bright lights to flood this county in color at this time of year
01:22it's an escape tradition that one of the presenters kicks off a show in a beautiful bluebell wood like
01:29this one here in Shropshire now I have had the privilege of doing it in the past but I've
01:35always forgotten to do one thing and that's take a bluebell selfie with chappers country glam cam
01:42gorgeous today we're scouring the West Midlands County of Shropshire one of the most sparsely
01:54populated counties in England structure is a really beautiful county to live in there's a lot of
02:00diversity of arts and culture and it's very close to sort of walks and nature and it's like quite an
02:07inspiring place to live I mean I'm an illustrator so I'm constantly inspired by like the beautiful
02:12landscape bridge north a market town on the banks of the River Severn is split in two with high town
02:21on the hill and low town in the valley connected by England's only remaining inland electric funicular
02:28railway nearby iron bridge boasts another remarkable feat of engineering the world's first iron bridge
02:38constructed across the gorge in 1779 lots of farms and very very rural and very beautiful a wonderful
02:49landscapes and lots lots of wildlife what can I say about this place it's wonderful
02:58it's almost time to set off on our house hunt but before we do we need to meet today's couple who
03:08are looking for a new home and a new lifestyle here in sunny Shropshire so the people who've been
03:15involved in the move will be me me and Leo who is somewhere somewhere he he was here just a second ago but
03:24he just he just goes wandering Leo the cat lives with Alca originally from Leicester and Isabella who grew
03:32up in Sicily in this three-bed semi a few minutes drive from the city of Wolverhampton where the couple
03:39both work for the council's children's services we love Shropshire it's a beautiful area where it has lots of
03:46history beautiful villages and also we got married in Shropshire so we have beautiful memories there
03:54we envisage a life which is slower paced and allowing us to pursue our hobbies and interests
04:03more as well so we really love the great outdoors so hiking that's something we'd like to do more
04:09regular and also growing our own vegetables being a bit more self-sufficient and sustainable and we
04:15want to get away from the rat race we both have really busy jobs busy lives and we really sort of our
04:23weekends are really precious so whenever we can we try to escape to the country so we may as well live
04:29there Isabella and Alco want to detach property with at least three bedrooms a spacious kitchen plus
04:37options for a study and home gym garden-wise they'd like up to an acre and they have a budget of 550,000
04:46pounds
04:56Alca and Isabella are moving from Wolverhampton to Shropshire well let's be honest not a massive move
05:04but the difference it's going to make to their lifestyle is enormous I mean just driving around
05:10here this is the quality of life that it can have to open their back door to be surrounded by
05:14countryside to be able to walk to their hearts content and really be part of this community which
05:21I mean obviously Wolverhampton has served them well over the years but by the sounds of it they're truly
05:27ready to step into the countryside and a new way of life our search starts in the north of the county in
05:37the small village of Little Ness it's a five-minute drive to Bass Church which nails all the everyday
05:43essentials including a small supermarket a post office and a pub on a quiet country lane just moments
05:53away from our first property I'm rendezvousing with Alca and Isabella to revel in the scenery wow look at
06:02that wow beautiful and have a proper chin wag about this move Alca and Isabella welcome to Shropshire
06:11although I should be saying welcome back because this is where you two got married that's right thank
06:16you we love coming to Shropshire we love the culture we love the events that happen and we love hiking
06:23walking anything outdoorsy so what's the one thing Alca that you're really looking forward to with this
06:29move I think it's getting away from the rat race yeah we have quite intense jobs both Isabella and I so
06:36to be able to switch off after work in my own home which is peace and quiet and tranquil in my lovely back
06:43garden that would be really really lovely for me do you know what I can see it on your face already I
06:51think we are actually mentally and physically ready for this move we've been thinking about it for many
06:57months and yeah we are ready we are ready for it well there is so much to see and explore lots of people
07:04to meet lots of interesting areas to go to and obviously gonna see if we can find you that perfect
07:10property as well should we get started yes let's do it set back off this quiet country lane this grade
07:21two listed red brick Victorian farmhouse is up for sale for the first time in 60 years and when we saw
07:29it we couldn't pass by the opportunity to show it to Alca and Isabella and here she is this old farmhouse
07:38Wow looks lovely lovely farmhouse yeah I'm taken back by how big it looks actually from the outside so
07:47it's quite high isn't it it is my initial thoughts are warming friendly yeah I can't wait to actually see
07:55the inside now you know I can just see myself sitting there with a cup of tea actually I'm loving
08:02the outside anyway so shall we step inside yes please now the front door looks so inviting doesn't
08:07it it does yeah but we're in the country so we're going to go around the back everybody does he'd like
08:12to follow me the neighboring property is undergoing a bit of renovation and this house dating back to the
08:211800s has also been knocked around to accommodate three generations currently living here part of that
08:29work included adding this wooden conservatory that leads through to the kitchen come on through I can
08:35absolutely call this a country kitchen can't I yes you can yeah yeah very country I think workspace
08:44would probably need a bit more so we would probably change the kitchen up a little bit yeah yeah definitely
08:48yeah maybe the layout will be slightly different but yeah in terms of size I would say good really good
08:55healthy size kitchen with a utility next room and a boiler room as well yeah it's a good start it is a
09:02good start right let's see if that continues through here I hope so so the first of two reception rooms it is
09:10quite high and again we've got the beams yes the fireplace it's it's lovely spacious isn't it I think it's a spacious
09:19yeah because when our two families come together it'll be nice that everyone has a seat yeah so and it's kind of
09:26leaves nicely from the dining kitchen area as well so it could kind of have that as a through social space
09:32yes opposite on the other side of the entrance hall the second reception in use as a bedroom
09:39completes the ground floor upstairs on the first floor the reconfigured layout is really evident
09:46okay what is this formerly a principal bedroom it's presently used as a living room you come up here
09:57and you have a second reception room that's really handy is yes yeah especially if our parents are
10:05coming to stay and you know if we can have our sort of own areas and balances and yeah got your
10:11different zones see what you think in here so as you can see I'm offering you a second kitchen
10:21wow if one wasn't enough we got two we've got one each which is good because sometimes we fight over
10:28space don't we do and then if there's an argument someone goes downstairs and someone comes up there's
10:34never an argument with you two never this room could subject to the relevant planning consent be turned into a
10:43luxurious bathroom suite for the adjoining principal bedroom let's keep going also on this floor is
10:52another roomy double and a recently renovated family bathroom with a freestanding tub and separate shower
11:01wow so this is the main bathroom
11:03i love it big size yeah again i think the running theme is space and look we've got two sinks there's
11:14no more fighting in the bathroom that's brilliant on the second floor there's a third double bedroom which
11:21shares a shower room with the fourth and final bedroom
11:25again big size it's a lot of space yeah i'm really impressed by how much space there is
11:34i think that's really important for me yeah given that we're going to have friends come over
11:39family come over yeah doesn't feel claustrophobic to me it doesn't know
11:46oh you've caught me sitting down relaxing taking in the view in this gorgeous sunshine but i've left the
11:52girls to it because there's an awful lot to this property and there's so many ways you could live
11:57in this house and what's so wonderful is both of them already very engaged working out how it could
12:03work for them and also their families the south facing garden enclosed by a sandstone and brick wall
12:11measures around a third of an acre so there's ample space for a veggie plot plus if they fancied
12:18a garden office and gym you ready to come and join me yes because i've shown you that vista but if
12:27i just get you to look over your shoulder that wasn't enough you also have the local little nests
12:32is the village the village church there's a village hall and you have sheep as neighbors next door that's
12:38very idyllic yeah very idyllic i love the fact of that i love i love having sheep as neighbors yeah
12:45so what are we thinking for this beautiful farmhouse i'm thinking top end of the budget
12:52i'm going to say 545 000 pounds okay so i think 530 000 pound is that a hopeful 530 000 pounds
13:02yes i am going to take you to the top of your budget so alka you're the closest the asking price
13:11is 550 000 pounds oh we have spent your money but wisely thank you yeah because there's an awful lot
13:18of property for it yeah now the owners are keen to move there is a little bit of wiggle room i think
13:26it'd be a healthy conversation it'd be a conversation worth having okay okay that's good to know isn't it
13:31yes this handsome gray two listed victorian farmhouse boasts a large country kitchen two
13:39reception rooms four generous double bedrooms and a walled garden that extends to about a third of an
13:46acre it's on the market with a guide price of 550 000 pounds i was actually shocked of how much space
13:56each room has and the potential of this property that has it's it's amazing it's everything i wanted
14:04in terms of the outside it's just a beautiful outstanding natural beauty around us so the scenery
14:12is great for me it's perfect how are we feeling have you seen enough yes yes haven't we yeah i think we
14:20have enough enough a strong start to shropshire and more to discover and show you
14:40in one of the quietest nooks of the shropshire hills lies the town of bishop's castle fantastic place to live
14:47the walking is incredible you can walk all day 15 20 miles and not see hardly another person all day
14:54it's it's beautiful and as you can see the weather is always amazing it's the epicenter of daily life
15:01for the 2000 or so residents who live here and the many more who reside in the outlying villages and
15:07hamlets i just can't stop looking at that view i know it is stunning isn't it
15:12the medieval streets are chock full of vibrantly painted buildings more than 160 of which are listed
15:25many house local independent businesses such as this bookshop and cafe where the poetry pharmacist
15:31prescribes poems for any emotional ailment i absolutely love living and working in bishop's
15:39castle it's kind of the perfect size it's got fish and chip shop it's got an indian a chinese
15:45pubs with live music lots going on a swimming pool a theater even and a real strong community
15:55whose thirst is easily quenched in any one of the town's five pubs
16:01bishop's castle is a great fun town to live in we have a very active social calendar
16:07we do live music on sunday afternoons outside where possible we have a fun open mic quiz nights
16:15bingo and if this isn't your vibe there's a host of sports groups to join including the 100 year old
16:23tennis club hi hi hello welcome to bishop's castle tennis club helen randall one of its 80 plus members
16:34moved to the town four years ago joining the tennis club was the first thing i did and i didn't really
16:40know anybody when i moved to the area but now i've made lifelong friends that was a good way of kick
16:45starting making new friends and sort of getting to know local people and what about in bishop castle
16:51itself is there any events that happen anything that brings all the people together there's always
16:56something going on honestly it's really really active there's a big arts festival in february
17:01and then in summer there's party in the park live music and bands there's a carnival as well a big
17:07parade down the high street and there's a michaelmas fair in september there's christmas light switch
17:13on really for a town this size it's got an extraordinary amount of things going on all year
17:19round so you ready to have a go come and join us yeah go okay yeah let's play
17:23let's go shall we do it let's go come on
17:33but now we must rally and see if we can ace the search for isabella and alka's dream home
17:45our next stop is way down in the south of the county in the small village of hope say deep in the
17:51shropshire hills graven arms the nearest town is a 12-minute drive away and has shops plus places
17:58to eat and socialize covered as well as rail connections to the shropshire towns of shoesbury
18:04and ludlow and further afield to manchester and the welsh cities of cardiff and swansea in a glorious
18:12setting tucked away at the end of this lane this detached cottage originally a two up two down has been
18:19significantly extended to create a characterful family home now how is this for an approach
18:27i come to show you the next property wow i'm speechless yeah it's it's different enchanting yeah
18:37hansel and gretel that's a good word i like that an enchanting cottage nestled in the valley of the
18:43shropshire hills yes lovely what more can you ask for you've got your valleys you've got your walks
18:50if you hear the birds yeah yeah so you called it our enchanting cottage yes enchanting cottage
18:56let's see if i can enchant you inside
19:00the front door in the original part of the cottage opens into the entrance hall which leads to the ground
19:06floor of the more recent two-story extension and this spacious l-shaped living room now when you step
19:15in here it's a bit of a surprise it is it's bigger than what you think what you see outside i think
19:22i'd like probably i'm more sort of symmetrical are you yeah but i can see there's some space there which
19:29is quite good that that's a decent amount of space if you ignore this l-shaped part so this is one
19:35side of the cottage okay ready to see the next yes yes we have a snug stroke dining room here oh look
19:46there's a little bread oven on there on the corner okay and i'm bringing you into the kitchen
19:53it's i think what kind what's the word i'm looking for cozy it's not cozy for me no and it's not
20:00really appealing too much but i can see it works for other people yeah um you want more space a little
20:08bit more space and a little bit more light if you lost your heart to this cottage i would seriously
20:14consider opening this kitchen up yeah you've got a huge amount of space behind which at the moment they
20:19use as a utility room in a downstairs cloakroom okay i would reconfigure it yeah yeah would transform
20:25it now i appreciate that's not a small job i don't mind getting stuck in yeah and we've got
20:30people in the family that could help as well yeah and and i know a few trade people so yeah i'm not
20:36scared i don't mind doing any projects i think i'm ready for it if i can see potential i wonder if
20:43isabella thinks there's potential upstairs any one of the five double bedrooms could become an office
20:50but we'll check out the largest this is a nice size bedroom though and it's actually higher ceiling
20:58as well you've got another bedroom next door and you could have that as a walk-in wardrobe
21:03always wanted yeah i think a walk-in wardrobe is a must yeah because there's not much storage space in the
21:10bedroom yeah yeah definitely yes there's plenty of opportunity to reconfigure the bedroom accommodation
21:18to better suit their needs but outside the large garden already has a wooden cabin that could become a gym
21:31so what price are you going to put on this property i'm considering the amount of work
21:37that needs to be done i would say it's 415 000 pounds i'm going to be quite generous 485 000
21:46the asking price is 525 000 pounds okay with two receptions a modern kitchen and five bedrooms
21:57this detached cottage sits in a captivating spot in the heart of the shropshire hills and is on the market
22:03for offers in the region of 525 000 pounds it's such a lovely character cottage quite enchanting but the
22:14inside um it needs a lot of work for us to do idyllic in terms of its location um so it would allow
22:23isabella and i to pursue our hobbies and interests but i do need to think practically
22:29and practically the kitchen for me is a bit of an issue i think for me there's also the upstairs to
22:36consider and considering the price of the property it wouldn't leave us a lot in the budget to do what
22:41we need to do to get it to the the type of house we want it to be a sad farewell to our enchanted cottage
22:51then i think we should go and have a little chat yeah shall we yeah let's go
23:04we're soaking up the last of the day's sunshine in the grounds of eton manor country estate
23:10it's hard work isn't it looking at houses it really is we're exhausted sitting in the sunshine at the
23:19end of the day surrounded by the most incredible views beautiful still sold on shropshire absolutely
23:29that is i think a must for us isn't it 100 one of the things that really wins me over with shropshire
23:35it's one of those counties where people seem to have taken a chill pill if there's such a thing
23:41they just don't seem to be too het up about life definitely when we first met you mentioned about
23:47getting involved in the community i mean has that been a long-term plan for you both it has and being
23:54part of like a community that will be yeah be good for us because then we can meet people yeah we can
24:00start creating a new friendship in in shropshire connections connections yeah i mean it was great
24:07when we went to meet the locals actually we felt really welcomed and the tennis club we've got a
24:11game and you know and they were just really welcoming everyone's just smiling and saying hello
24:16i mean the best way i always think when people move out of the area is actually to immerse yourself
24:22in the community that's how you make friends with like-minded people yeah i'm sure the um the count is
24:29going to get a lot of benefit out of the two of you i hope so
24:50want to know if a slice of shropshire is within your reach let us give you the lowdown on property
24:55prices 438 000 pounds all thereabouts is the average cost of a detached house in the uk
25:04you'll get a few more bricks for your bucks here in shropshire where the figure is just over 417
25:11000. let's take a look at some more property gems available right now
25:16this barn conversion features a sunken terrace that offers stunning views over the stipus stones ridge

25:30upstairs you'll find a family bathroom and two bedrooms in the eaves the price tag offers in the
25:36region of 295 000 pounds this impressive detached home has been thoughtfully extended and renovated
25:47the focal point is the huge kitchen diner with a wall of sliding glass doors that opens onto the large

26:12of charm with two bedrooms a living room a kitchen fitted with rustic wooden units and a large private
26:19garden it's available to rent for 1050 pounds per calendar month
26:32well we're having a glorious time here in shropshire the sun is shining and the sky is blue
26:38and we pride ourselves on showing our buyers different types of property and that was certainly the case
26:45with alca and isabella yesterday they were positive they were enthusiastic and they were very very open
26:51to suggestions so i'm hoping the same can be said for our mystery house today we're making our way to
26:58the final property destination the east shropshire village of lightmore a 15-minute drive from the market
27:05town of wellington as well as the cinema and arts center there's a great mix of shops pubs and cafes emma
27:12williams has been serving up award-winning jamaican street food here for the past four years one of
27:18the best things is that we're surrounded by beautiful countryside wales is on the doorstep we're living
27:24within the shropshire hills if we need to get to cities they're not that far either it's well connected
27:30to get to birmingham manchester and various other places in fact isabella and alca might like to know
27:37there are direct trains to wolverhampton with journey times of about half an hour just a 15-minute drive
27:45from wellington sits a tiny community of 14 homes that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of
27:52town life time now for our mystery house and i think you can see from my face that i am super excited and
28:01enthusiastic about this property all the houses that i have seen over the years i've never seen anything
28:08like this yodeling i'll forgive you for thinking we've landed in the swiss alps this detached timber
28:18built chalet style property sits in an idyllic spot on the edge of a nature reserve normally i would take
28:26you straight inside the house but there's so many enchanting magical areas surrounding it and i wanted
28:33to share this one with you it's got that chocolate box look about it it's part of a unique development
28:40of 14 homes where owners are encouraged to grow their own food share with their neighbors and contribute
28:47to the upkeep of communal outdoor spaces such as the village green it's got the most beautiful garden full of
28:55mature shrubs and trees and then also this a ready-made vegetable patch which is exactly what our girls
29:02want i can't wait to see what alca and isabella make of this oh look at this one this is something
29:11different hello hello what's this welcome yeah a little bit different isn't it to our mystery house
29:23house what can i say amazing for me wow wow it looks like an alpine house definitely scandinavian yeah
29:33you know what i am delighted that you've given me that reaction because that's exactly what's going
29:39through my mind when i saw it it looks magical yeah it does it's definitely got character i can tell
29:45just from the outside and different to all the other houses yes very exciting are you ready to start a
29:52mystery tour yes let's go
29:57i'm half expecting heidi to pop her head out of the window built in 1985 with two solar panels
30:04this property has bags of character just not in the way the ladies may have expected
30:10let's start in here shall we okay spacious yeah light it's a good amount of space actually in the
30:21living area and lovely big window yeah it's seeping in loads of lights isn't it i can see leo just
30:28hanging around and nice sun trap for sun trap he would love it the cat wouldn't he but it's a good
30:35size space and then you've got a little sort of ante room off the sides which i'm thinking perhaps
30:40is an office yeah although i do have other options for that for you yes um open plan do we like this
30:49yeah i really i think it's great i think if i was living here i'd be like the coolest kid on the block
30:54yes definitely i do like it do you yes i do it's definitely a good start good let's have a look at
31:01the kitchen so we have a sort of semi-open plan vibe continuing through here into the kitchen oh okay
31:09again lovely windows lovely light lots of light and i really like the the bench dining space yes
31:17which is nice because you know you could be cooking i could be sitting here having a nice have a chat
31:22glass of wine yeah upstairs now to the bedrooms which are all setting the eaves of the house
31:30and benefit from lovely large windows i really like these wardrobes decent size really decent
31:38size actually and a nice view as well can you see the houses there yeah it really feels like we're in
31:45germany or austria i was just gonna say that yeah like abroad like we're going skiing there's a family
31:52bathroom another double and at the end of the corridor a third and final bedroom presently used as a gym
31:59come office or it could be your studio gym could be because you got again gorgeous the lights i actually
32:09like this room yeah i like this room more than the others they needn't sacrifice any of the bedrooms
32:15since there's ample space in the half acre garden i think that's more than enough actually just looking
32:22around good amount of space yeah good good enough i'd be tempted to investigate looking at perhaps getting
32:28a wooden structure which has that scandy feels and have it at the end of the garden yeah use that
32:33perhaps as the study or a gym gym that's a good idea yeah completely yeah and that would free you
32:39that would have free up a bedroom then wouldn't it as well this is a leasehold property with 945
32:46years remaining on the lease purchasers own the property but pay the freeholder an annual ground rent
32:53of 120 pounds there's also a monthly service charge of 30 pounds for maintenance of communal areas
33:01so let's try and put a price on this unique property a mystery house i'm going to go for 530 000 pounds
33:11okay i'm going for 525 000 pounds for the mystery house if i said to you they're looking for offers
33:21over 500 000 pounds okay would that work well we've got a nice big budget to work with
33:31yeah don't tell anyone don't tell anyone i'm shocked i'm quite surprised i think we've got a lot to
33:39think about because it's not just a home that we're buying it's a lifestyle that we're buying into here
33:43as well a lot to think about but it's absolutely gorgeous gorgeous would you like to have another
33:49look around on your own yes it would be a good idea please do thank you so much thank you thank you
33:55this detached timber built chalet style home has a huge living room with a study a kitchen diner and
34:03three bedrooms with a half acre plot and shared use of the village green it's on the market for offers
34:10in excess of 500 000 pounds it's it's not too big not too small it's about right for the two of us here
34:17yeah what can i say you guys i would say smashed it really a property that i would never
34:25afford to look at and again i probably wouldn't even book a viewing um but you've opened a lot of
34:33things for me to explore wow wow and wow it's not something i'd ever thought about uh it's something
34:42you see on holidays i would never have thought to even look at this house but actually it gives me
34:47really good sort of happy feelings actually evoke something positive in me so um yeah there's a lot
34:55to think about for many of us escaping to the country is about brand new adventures in the great outdoors
35:09and that was certainly the case for mark who having lived around the world made his escape to shropshire
35:14life with mark willis grew up in a military family exploring the mountains and rivers of the
35:20himalayas and the jungles of borneo me and my brothers would go off you know on our own white
35:27water rafting swimming rivers trekking and climbing taking what would be perceived now as huge risks
35:35mark's extraordinary childhood sowed the seed of adventure and in 2009 he moved to the shropshire hills
35:42to expand his burgeoning outdoor adventure business the ethos would be get children to
35:49us try and assess risk for themselves uh to build confidence communicate well you know that's what
35:55i want to see in young people i want to you know i want to see them growing without thinking about it
36:00without you know being pressurized to think something just just enjoy the freedom of the outdoors
36:05i'm meeting mark on the 120 acre estate where he lives and runs his business with his wife and four
36:12children i mean mark this is the most beautiful of locations i mean there's vistas 360 degrees
36:23and he can tell me more about what's on offer well what i've tried to do is take the best bits of
36:29bushcraft which i consider to be shelter building whittling fire lighting some really good adventurous
36:35activity like the zip wire we've got a really good assault course we've got a really uh interesting
36:42orienteering course with an escape room on it on it you've got to build rafts you've got to build a
36:48bridge to cross a stream and that's where you see children um working at their best and they thrive
36:54in that environment and you know they thrive here but it's the environment you can't see another
36:59house from here no light pollution so they get the sense of wilderness but without being in the
37:05wilderness you've just explained the extraordinary things that you do here and out of all of them
37:11am i allowed to have a go at one of them i think you should go down the zip wire do you yeah go on give
37:15it a go i'd love to great absolutely love to thank you this zip wire stretches 520 meters making it
37:24one of the longest in the country come on i know what you're thinking you're thinking is she really
37:31going to have a go on that zip wire at my age are you kidding of course i am
37:38don't be fooled that this is just for the young ones the oldest person to travel on this zip wire
37:47was 88 so i don't really have age as an excuse not to do it can you hear my heart
37:56it's really beating it is the most incredible view up here however i have the driest mouth
38:04and the wobbliest of knees but saying that i am excited at the same time mark tells me i could
38:12reach a top speed of 50 kilometers just over 30 miles per hour so deep breath one two three
38:24oh wow oh my goodness what a view
38:41it's a lot windier than i thought it was going to be but i can see for miles and miles
38:54it's incredible the beauty of the landscape it's so green
39:08it's amazing oh here comes the stopping bit i think we're going so far oh and she's landed
39:22oh that was so good amazing my legs are still like jelly well done we will get you unclicked there we
39:37go perfect oh thank you so much i found my legs again that was so brilliant i can see why the
39:44youngsters when they're here just go mad for this zip wire and i'm going to say
39:48if i can do it anybody can do it soaring through the shropshire skies is one of the most exhilarating
39:56ways to appreciate this magical landscape
40:05it's been so lovely showing alca and isabel around beautiful shropshire but we now need to find out
40:12whether any of our properties have hit the spot should we go and ask them
40:23we know you love shropshire yeah yeah has it still captured your hearts
40:28yes it has and it will remain for a very long time have we found you though your next home
40:34we are interesting on on the mystery house surprisingly yes it's a property that we never
40:43thought to look at but when we did get there it completely changed our ideas for me it's the potential
40:52lifestyle it could offer i think there's also the potential of expanding building on what is there
40:59already and i absolutely love the unique design you love the sustainability as well you are right
41:04yes that's right yes and also there's a sense of community as well around the property so we're not
41:12on our own yeah we're not remote exactly but we still got the benefits of being in the countryside
41:18i think we could actually visualize ourselves there especially with the ideas that you were throwing
41:23at us as well nicky so you didn't help will you be proud to show your friends and family around that
41:30house yeah completely i think my nieces and nephews would love it yes they'd say they want to stay at
41:35auntie house because i can see my parents loving the grounds yeah yeah there's that tranquil that
41:42peacefulness around it and it's like a happy place as well isn't it well yeah the sense that we get in
