My review of all the deaths / kill count from Kill Giggles. Kill Giggles is a 2020 slasher horror movie released in 2025 that follows Tommy dos Santos, a man who develops a deadly obsession with killing clowns after a traumatic childhood experience. As he goes on a rampage, the line between justice and madness blurs, and he finds himself drawn to what he believes is the ghostly presence of the legendary clown king, Giggles. Tommy's quest for vengeance becomes complicated when he falls for a woman whose father is revealed to be the fearsome Giggles played by Vernon Wells. The film also stars Felissa Rose as Tommy Dos Santos therapist.
