00:00You start this series with a sort of statement about your own story over the past year, don't you?
00:08Yeah, we wanted to get that out of the way and done because I got divorced this year.
00:13So at the beginning we say, OK, there's been a few changes to the workshop
00:16and a little bit of a change to my situation, and then we move on from that fairly quickly
00:20because the show is about the struggles of the workshop to survive.
00:24If there's somebody who you know directly or indirectly through the TV or personally is hurt,
00:30it triggers a response.
00:31And yeah, part of me did think, oh no, not again.
00:35And also I felt for Freddie because I've been there, I've been publicly injured
00:39and then the process of recovery is long and you want to take people with you.
00:43I always used to say, because mine was brain injury so you can't see it,
00:47I always used to say I wanted a t-shirt that on the front said, I'm OK, stop asking,
00:51but on the back said, I'm still poorly, you know, because there's that balance.
00:54But obviously I only wish Freddie all the best in his, it'll be an ongoing recovery, it'll take time.
