02:14And once I started to reflect on what I wanted the future to hold for me, I knew I had to set a goal.

02:22And I know the perfect person, my best friend, to come along with me.

17:52The dining room table, I really wanted something large, not really my modern style.
17:57It is mostly move in ready for what you need though and the other things can come later.
18:02If you want to consider what you've seen here, what you've seen before, I would, I would like for you to make a decision soon because you might lose a home that you want.
18:18After searching the Tampa area, it's time for Chrissy to decide on a home.
18:23What are your thoughts on that modern home?
18:25The modern home was my favorite aesthetically.
18:28It was definitely the most modern.
18:30I loved that Florida room.
18:32It was a huge bonus.
18:33I wasn't expecting that.
18:34That yard really did need work.
18:36It was such an eyesore.
18:37But at that price, I really don't want to be spending a lot of money putting in any kind of work or renovations.
18:43What about that 1980s townhome?
18:45That one was the furthest away from the courthouse.
18:48So that was a big con.
18:50However, it was the best priced.
18:53You had a lot of suggestions about the black paint and the carpet.
18:57And I really could afford to do it with that price.
19:00That downstairs is so big and it's great for entertaining.
19:04The yard isn't ideal with all of that concrete.
19:07You also get your HOA pool.
19:09Yes, that's right.
19:10I like that.
19:11And you know, that was something that I was looking for.

19:14What about the remodeled bungalow?

19:18It definitely wasn't my style.
19:20It was more traditional than the modern look, but it was the closest to the courthouse.

20:12The biggest compromise was not having the ensuite bathroom.
20:15The bathroom is small and there was no tub.
20:18I had a plan on being here for a while, so I see myself maybe taking out a wall or pushing
20:22back into the back and give myself the space that I want.

20:39Elena suggested that we go in at full asking price, and so we did, and we found out there
20:44was five other offers.
20:45So her advice was great because we acted fast and I got it.
20:49The price was definitely on the higher end of what I wanted to spend.
20:52However, taking into consideration that I had no HOA fees, I thought it was worth it.
20:56I set a goal that I was going to purchase a home by the time I turned 40, and it certainly
21:01motivated me to get it done.
21:02I've never had a grill before.

21:06When I lived in the condo, there was very little room to do anything.
21:10No entertaining, couldn't have people over.
21:12Now I have all this space, and I'm looking forward to having my family over and barbecuing
