15:32energy rising like we really just want to go you know like pack it up or grow up or whatever comes out

15:37of your mouth do you know what i mean and instead of doing that we start talking slower and lower

15:46so somebody actually has to listen to you so when they're going up you go down

15:53feet on the floor and just talk very much slower and calmer and sometimes when somebody wants to

16:03trigger they're just trying to trigger you right when they're acting out they're trying to trigger you

16:07so don't be triggered you could go my girl my sister-in-law told me this one which just cracks

16:14me up no end right and she was on the receiving end of somebody just absolutely just blurbing all

16:21this negativity at her projecting massively and instead of responding she just and it was sent in

16:27there like a message instead of responding she just went noted end of conversation it was noted

16:34that was it and i'm like it's brilliant

16:39there's no comeback to that noted thank you

16:44it's neither green nor denying darlings any more guidance going forward oh whatever this

16:49is it's a karmic lesson or person okay ouch

16:53oh and it's some kind of relationship pattern playing out um it could be an old relationship

17:02pattern playing out one you don't want to engage with anymore it could be how this person shows up

17:08so it might be a new relationship pattern to you that you're not sure you're not um aware of oh look

17:14time to let them go goodbye farewell so long enjoy your life yes you've got to be authentic and real

17:24to who you are okay yeah some of you may be waving goodbye to somebody who needs to be removed darlings
