00:14extraordinary talent and i think buying him low is interesting why because if you do look the

00:19schedule does get a little bit easier the defense is still bad jake browning has been productive as

00:24a quarterback in this system now maybe there will be a pivot maybe if this week goes bad

00:27they bring in somebody else do they make a trade for a russell wilson or something like that anything

00:32is possible at this stage especially when you look at the fact the ravens aren't great right so if you're

00:37the bangles right and you're looking around he's saying man can we can we get back in this race a

00:42little bit because the browns are not very good all of a sudden the ravens aren't very good which is

00:46shocking and they had so many injuries too uh on defense man of beakways out for the year you've got

00:52kyle hamilton might not play this week so it's really tough spot there so i don't know if that's

00:58going to be the case and i don't know how that would work to bring in a quarterback at this stage

01:01or sign somebody but i still think jamar chase is intriguing because great players tend to find a

01:06way if you look at the history of deandre hopkins career pretty much this guy was putting up massive

01:11numbers with everybody from brian hoyer to brock osweiler i mean the guy was just always putting up

01:16numbers right so i think that jamar chase is a guy that if you can get him at the right price he is

01:21still very intriguing so he's one of the bylaws this week that i would take a shot again you're

01:25not paying the number one overall pick for him anymore but you got to look somewhere else and

01:28the other guy too i want to look at is lad mcconkey lad mcconkey has not gotten off to a great start

01:33this year keenan allen has quentin johnson certainly has those guys are scoring the touchdowns and lad

01:39mcconkey everybody's looking around going well what happened to lad mcconkey he was that second

01:43round pick that everybody wanted to take i know we were very excited about him last year and he delivered

01:47on all that promise i think team started game planning for lad mcconkey a little bit and i think

01:52that's been the difference and i do believe that you know when we signed keenan allen that was probably

01:57going to hurt mcconkey however i think the hate's gone too far i could see a scenario now where they're

02:02missing both the left and right tackle right so slater was out for the year to start the year

02:05now you have joe waltz who's out a couple weeks with a high ankle sprain i think the name of the game

02:10here has got to be justin herbert getting rid of the football quick and that should be a good look

02:14for lad mcconkey this week so i think if we're looking for the breakout rebound week of lad mcconkey

02:20here i would circle this week as the one if we don't get it then you can really panic and lose

02:25your mind but if we do get it the buy low window is probably gone and again you can't wait too long

02:31right we talked about ashen jenty last week try to make some trades before games start eventually it's

02:36going to work out last week three touchdowns right it definitely worked out that window slam shut you're

02:41not getting ashen jenty now same thing with lad mcconkey same thing with jamar chase if both those

02:46guys ball out today people are going to be less apt to make a deal for them so those are two guys that

02:50i'm buying on the talent and hoping for the best here because they have not returned their draft value

02:55and i think once we get in october draft value kind of goes out the window and there's an opportunity for

03:00you to start buying some of these extraordinary talents and i think over the long 17 game season you

03:05will see them start to perform better even if some of the situations like chases aren't the best
