02:06So, one thing that I'll do, that I do that makes me a lot more comfortable with my loose skin
02:15is with my boxers, I'll actually tuck my belly, well, what used to be my belly, into my boxers.
02:24So that's one thing that gives me a lot of comfort.
02:28So we'll just not do that.
02:31And obviously, so you see my chest here, there is a lot of loose skin there.
02:39And so you can see, I mean, that's a lot.
02:45And then, obviously, going into my stomach, it's just a mess.
02:51I mean, it's kind of...
02:54You know what I mean?
02:56Yeah, it's a lot.
02:57So, and then, sorry, Mom, but if we're to go here,
03:05my legs are probably actually the worst part about my loose skin.
03:12very, when I, sometimes when I'm wearing shorts,
03:16they will kind of, you can see them, and that sucks.
03:19So, let me put on my shorts.
03:22So, I was going to do this last part and put my shirt back on,
03:26but I figure it's already off, so might as well just keep it off.
03:29So, the main reason I wanted to make this video,
03:34I want to show people that, yes, obviously, this is not ideal, right?
03:40This is not what I would have wanted after losing 160 pounds, right?
03:45I would have wanted to have a perfect body, right?
03:48But that's not the case.
03:50And, but that's okay.
03:52And I want you guys to understand that.
03:54I want people watching this video to understand that
03:57you should never let loose skin or anything else
04:02stop you from going for your dreams.
04:04And my dreams are to be very happy in my skin.
04:07And I am.
04:09Loose skin at all, I'm happy with where I've come from
04:12and where I am at now.
04:14This isn't the end, you know what I mean?
04:16I plan on doing even better than this,
04:19but this is where I'm at right now.
04:21And I just really wanted to make this video
04:23to show you guys what I look like
04:26and that I'm okay with this, you know what I mean?
04:29Obviously, I'm not walking around the beach with my shirt off,
04:32but it's not going to stop me from reaching for my goals,
04:36from going for my full potential.
04:39This is who I am, and I'm proud of it.
