00:19began as separate careers in high school.

00:23Susan and Mary Sue are both cooks.

00:26You know, the old adage, too many cooks in the kitchen.

00:28There's a reason for that.

00:29I was always wanting to do more.

00:32We weren't aligned on what we wanted to do next.

00:35I wanted to go back to my roots.

00:40This is exactly what I love.

00:52One of the best things about opening this new restaurant

00:55is to even be spending this time back in the kitchen.

00:58Cook the brisket, make paneer cheese, make the parattas.
