Chaos makes an unannounced appearance as car erupts in flames on busy street

Onlookers were left stunned when a vehicle suddenly caught fire on the side of the road.

"Thick black smoke quickly filled the sky as flames spread from the engine compartment to the rest of the car," the filmer, Benito, told WooGlobe. "Passersby dialed emergency services while keeping a safe distance, and within minutes, firefighters were on the scene battling the blaze."

Fortunately, no injuries were reported, though the car was completely destroyed.
