Philippine authorities said they had stopped all search and rescue operations and focus had been shifted to rebuilding homes following the Sept 30 massive earthquake in Cebu province that has killed 72 people.  Residents of a town lamented the destruction of a century-old historic church while those living across the province pray for the aftershocks to stop.
