00:11Around 7.55am on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, police were called to a house on Wollongba Avenue in Panania, near Bankstown, Sydney.

00:22It was reported that four men were seen entering the property, one of whom was believed to be carrying a firearm.

00:29Officers established a perimeter and by 11.30am, police had concluded the operation and established a crime scene.

00:36Police were told that a male occupant of the residence was assaulted by the men, but did not require treatment or hospital transportation.
