00:00You know, in the movie The Program, which was a fantastic movie in the 1990s,
00:03dealt with college football, a little bit of the inflated side of it,
00:06but still a fun watch nonetheless.
00:07You should check it out.
00:08What they used to say is, you know what,
00:10we're going to put the women and children in the bend
00:11and go out hunting for the boys.
00:13That might be what's happening for the Detroit Lions this weekend,
00:16going up against that Cincinnati defense.
00:18My question to you, Joe, is not if Detroit can win this game.
00:21Yes, can they cover the 10 points?
00:23Will this game go over the 48 and a half?
00:24But how many stops is Cincinnati getting?
00:26And also, Mr. Browning, hello,
00:29oh, the football season is here.
00:31You're supposed to save the day.
00:32What gives in this one?
00:34Yeah, well, you know, again, be careful here
00:37because this is another situation where recency bias
00:40is going to come into play, right?
00:42So, you know, it's like, oh boy, this Cincinnati team is terrible.
00:46And yes, they have some issues.
00:48And Detroit, of course, has looked the part once again.
00:53But what are we doing here?
00:55Double digits here on the road outdoors?
00:58And say what you want with Cincinnati.
01:01Listen, the one game that they actually played well enough
01:03and won and covered was at home against Jacksonville,
01:07who also looks pretty good here.
01:09So the value is on Cincinnati.
01:12Make no mistake about it.
01:13Well, listen, will they win the game?
01:17Probably not.
01:18Can they stay within double digits at home?
01:21Yeah, absolutely they can here, Donnie.
01:23Backs are against the wall.
01:25I would expect this team to be better at home as an underdog
01:28than anything on the road at this point with a backup quarterback.
