00:29Mais n'importe quoi !
00:31C'est pas mal.
00:35Sous-titrage Société Radio-Canada
00:37Nous avons apporté 5 major updates,
00:39each adding new mechanics et improving the game in various ways.
00:42Version 0.2 introduced Raids,
00:45a feature many fans have enjoyed and one we've continued to expand.
00:49Version 0.3 brought the first new island, Sakurajima,
00:53along with many new pals and quality-of-life features.
00:57Version 0.4 shut things up with Faebrite,
01:00a large new landmass, new faction, new pals and many new mechanics.
01:05Version 0.5 brought cross-play to Palworld,
01:08allowing players on any system to finally play together.
01:11And finally, version 0.6, Tides of Terraria,
01:15was the long-anticipated Terraria Collab,
01:18accompanied by many more quality-of-life improvements and new features.
01:23Now, we've reached a crossroads and need to decide what comes next.
01:29While we have a lot of ideas for where we want to take Palworld,
01:32we also need to start thinking about Palworld 1.0.
01:36Beyond just adding new content, there's a lot of cleanup that needs to be done
01:39before Palworld can exit early access.
01:42It's no secret that Palworld has a lot of quirks and jank,
01:45and we want to take the time to properly address those before releasing the game.
01:50With that in mind, we plan to start that cleanup this year.
01:54Our goal is to ultimately release Palworld next year, in 2026,
01:58and we think taking the time now to fix those problems
02:01will ultimately lead to a better game.
02:04So, what does this mean?
02:06It means that things will be a little quiet from us for the rest of this year.
02:11It also means our winter update won't be as big as Feybreak was.
02:15We hope our players understand that we're taking this extra time to improve the game overall.
02:21Now, that said, it doesn't mean there will be no updates,
02:24but we still do have a few surprises planned for our winter update this year.
02:29We just want to be transparent about where we're headed
02:32and the development of Palworld going forward.
02:35Development of Palworld is not slowing down or scaling back, quite the opposite.
02:40Powerworld 1.0 will be a major milestone for us,
02:44and we have a truly massive amount of content planned for the 1.0 update.
02:49Rather than rushing it, we believe that laying the right foundation now
02:53will lead to a better game in the end.
02:55We're really excited about this, and we hope our fans will be really excited about this too.
03:00We plan to share some sneak peeks about Powerworld 1.0 in the very near future.
03:05Quick note on PocketPair's future.
03:09Many of you may already know this, but in January of this year, we launched PocketPair Publishing.
03:15PocketPair Publishing was born out of the desire to give back to the industry and help fun games get made.
03:21Thanks to the Palworld's success, we're in a very lucky position and are able to help other developers and take risks.
03:28We want to use our success to help support others.
03:32PocketPair Publishing won't be developing games, but rather, it will be helping other developers with things like funding, marketing, distribution, or just offering them some advice.
03:42We're already working with a number of developers and teams from around the world, and we hope you'll look forward to the games that these teams are working on.
03:50PocketPair is also working on some other things.
03:54We don't have much we can talk about or share at the moment, but as the company grows, we continue to experiment with other ideas for games.
04:02Of course, right now, most of the company's focus is on Powerworld.
04:06But we want to stay true to our roots, which is why we've got several smaller teams tinkering away at ideas that hopefully will turn into fun games for you all to play.
04:15We'll have more to share about this in the near future as well.
04:21Once again, thank you all for your continued support of Palworld and PocketPair.
04:26We will continue to try our best and communicate more openly with you, our fans, about what is going on.
04:32We love making games, and nothing makes us happier than when you, our fans, enjoy the games that we create.
04:39On behalf of everyone here at PocketPair, thank you very, very much.
