Zelensky highlighted the growing threat of Russian drone attacks, citing potential strikes on Poland and northern European countries, emphasizing that no nation is fully safe as tensions with Moscow escalate. The speech underscores the urgent need for European unity and robust defence measures amid the ongoing Ukraine conflict.

00:22The recent drought incidents across Europe are a clear sign that Russia still feels bold enough to escalate this war.
00:32And it was never just about Ukraine. Russia has always aimed to break the West and Europe in particular.
00:39Today, their strategy is simple to divide Europe, to ignite arguments, to prevent us from finding common ground.
00:49And I believe we must do the exact opposite of what Russia expects.
00:56We must act together and we must act with strength.
01:01First, our guys are already here in Denmark and there are experienced Ukrainians who know how to detect and shoot down attack drones.
01:12And they have already begun deploying their mission and we are ready to share this experience with you, partners.
01:20And this is just the beginning, the first step on the path toward an effective drone wall to protect all of Europe.
01:28Please, let's work together on coordinated solutions that will make this happen.
01:34Second, when we talk about the drone wall, we are talking about all of Europe, not just on one country.
01:43If the Russians dare to launch drones against Poland or violate the airspace of northern European countries, it means this can happen anywhere.
01:54In Western Europe, in the south, we need fast and effective response and defense forces that know how to deal with drones.

02:12Some countries are already part of it.
02:15And it's very important that others join too.
02:18This program supports not only us, but also strengthens ties between Europe and the United States of America.
02:27Third, we must remember that the root of all these problems is Russia's war.
02:34Russia still has the resources to keep fighting.
02:38And that's not right.
02:39But we know the right steps.
02:43A 19th package of sanctions against Russia for the war is urgently needed.
02:47We also need to seriously think how to truly down Russia's entire oil trade infrastructure, because that's what fuels their war machine.
02:59Right now, we are seeing that even tankers already under sanctions are still being used by Russia.
03:07That has to stop.
03:08And let's also place more sanctions against captains and crews of Shadow Fleet vessels, as well as against the owners of the relevant companies.
03:22And we need to think about placing sanctions on Russian oil terminals and the rest of their mainland infrastructure.
03:31We should also support President Trump's call to stop buying Russian oil here, here in Europe, as short-sighted to go against the USA.
03:44And the guys from Hungary need to hear this clearly.
03:47Energy from the U.S. and other partners can fill the gap on the European market.
03:53Next, we need to finally complete 100% the work on security guarantees.
04:02We have already done a lot, and I am grateful for that, thanks to you, dear leaders.
04:08And now we need to put everything on paper and fully prepare every detail.
04:14Security guarantees for Ukraine can already work now.
04:18They directly support our army.
04:20But overall, every nation in Europe deserves real security guarantees.
04:28The model of the security guarantees that works for us will work for you, too.
04:33And we propose to eventually expand all effective models to others.
