The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is awaiting the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) decision on whether to proceed with charges against former prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
MACC chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki told reporters on Wednesday (Oct 1) that the decision to prosecute lies entirely under the AGC’s jurisdiction.
