A crocodile believed to have killed 21-year-old Jeffery Masing Win at Sungai Semanok, Tatau, was captured and cut open by authorities on Wednesday, with human remains found in its stomach. Jeffery was attacked while bathing with his brother last Saturday.

00:16a search operation launched after 21-year-old Jeffrey Massing Nguyen went missing while bathing
00:22in a stream with his brother on Saturday.
00:25Villagers alerted rescuers at about 9.25 a.m. on Wednesday after spotting the crocodile
00:30in the river.
00:32Firefighters, together with personnel from the Sarawak Forestry Corporation, captured and
00:37cut open the animal, where they discovered body parts believed to belong to the victim.
00:42The remains were handed over to the police and later identified by Jeffrey's family members.
00:48Jeffrey's brother, who witnessed the incident, said he tried to fight off the crocodile as
00:53it dragged his sibling into the water, but was unable to save him.
