Manila mayor leads groundbreaking for hospital renovation

Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno on Oct. 1, 2025 leads the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of the Ospital ng Sampaloc emergency department. The facility, which is 31 years old, had a leaking roof that Moreno noticed during his visit.
