00:53And that's a job I wouldn't necessarily want too much, flying a tanker loaded up with

00:58hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel.

01:28But on top of all this, we'll deliver a hard-earned pay raise of 3.8 percent to every soldier,

01:34sailor, airman, Coast Guardsman, Space Guard and Marines, something you weren't getting from

01:39the past administration.

01:41They did not treat you with respect.

01:43They're Democrats.

01:44They never do.

01:46Not only are we rebuilding our great strength, but for the first time in years, my administration

01:51is actually using that strength to defend the core and vital interests of America, and

01:55very simply, we are putting America first.

01:58And I have since I've been elected.

01:59I've always put America first.

02:04It's my campaign was run on common sense and we did great at the highest numbers ever received

02:12in terms of districts, you know, they have it broken up 2,500 versus 525.

02:45we have to fight, just like you have to fight vicious people.

02:49Mine are different, a different kind of vicious, but they spread all these horrible, you know,

02:54they made up statements and said what I said about everything, but even about the military.

03:00But fortunately, the military didn't believe it.

03:02It's hard, you know, they make up a statement and they said, you say, we had 25 people that

03:06said he never said that 25, we had 25 affidavits.

03:10And they said, well, we're going with it anyway, you know, these sleaze bags.

03:14And that's why the press is really losing all power, because people aren't believing it.

03:42They've destroyed the image of media now is at the lowest point it's ever been.

03:52But together with many of you in the room, we've brought back the fundamental principle

03:57that defending the homeland is the military's first and most important priority.

04:08far reaches of Kenya and Somalia while America is under invasion from within.

04:26At least when they're wearing a uniform, you can take them out.

04:35After spending trillions of dollars defending the borders of foreign countries, with your help,

04:40we're defending the borders of our country from now on.

04:45We're not going to let this happen.

04:47Biden let people come in from prisons, mental institutions, drug dealers, murderers.

04:54You know, we had 11,488 murders allowed into our country by this guy who had no clue.

05:02He had no clue.

05:05He shouldn't have been there in the first place, but he had no clue.

05:08The people that ran the office, the White House, were people that surrounded him, radical

05:15left lunatics that are brilliant people, but dumb as hell when it came to policy and common

05:22sense.

05:23And they allowed people from all over the world, from the Congo.

05:27They opened up prisons in the Congo.

05:30They came into our country totally unmatched, unvetted, unchecked.

05:36And from all over, South America, not just South America, you know, you think South America,

05:41no, but from all over, a lot came in from Venezuela.

05:44Venezuela emptied its prison population into our country.

05:48That's why they have Trin de Uruguay, one of the worst gangs ever.

05:53But we took care of them, we took good, strong care of them, and I just want to thank the

05:58National Guard in Washington, D.C.

06:01It was, it's embarrassing to say this, now I can't say it because we solved it, but Washington,

06:06D.C. was the most unsafe, most dangerous city in the United States of America.

06:12And to a large extent, beyond, and beyond that.

06:15You go to some, you go to Afghanistan, they didn't have anything like that.

06:19You go to countries that you would think there's problems, they didn't have that.

06:23And now Washington, D.C., after 12 days of serious, serious intensity.

06:31We took out 1,700 career criminals.

06:34If you have five career criminals, they can make your numbers look very bad because they'll

06:39commit many crimes a day.

06:42But we took out 1,700 and they took them out.

06:44There was no doubt who the boss was.

06:46They did an unbelievable job.

06:48Then they started even cleaning.

06:50I said, I don't want them doing that, sir, they wanted, they were cleaning it up.

06:53I drove through it two days ago, it was beautiful, people are walking down the street holding

06:57hands.

06:58Man and wife coming from Iowa, they're not worried about being shot.

07:02Washington, D.C. is now a safe city.

07:05In fact, I went out to dinner with my crew.

07:07I haven't done that.

07:09In theory I wouldn't do it.

07:11And I felt totally safe.

07:14And nobody's been attacked.

07:16Nobody's been hurt.

07:17Washington, D.C. went from our most unsafe city to just about our safest city in a period

07:23of a month.

07:24We had it under control in 12 days.

07:27But give us another 15, 16 days.

07:30It was, it's perfect.

07:32And people other than politicians that look bad, they think, you know, the Democrats run

07:37most of the cities that are in bad shape.

07:40We have many cities in great shape too, by the way, I want you to know that.

07:44But it seems that the ones that are run by the radical left Democrats, what they've done

07:49to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, they're very unsafe places.

07:56And we're going to straighten them out one by one.

07:58And this is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room.

08:01That's a war too.

08:02War from within, controlling the physical territory of our border is essential to national security.

08:09We can't let these people in.

08:12You know, we had no people enter in the last four months, zero.

08:16Even I can't believe that, you know, we had millions coming in, pouring in, 25 million

08:20all told.

08:21And of those 25 million, many of them should never be in our country.

08:25They would take their worst people and their people from prisons and jail, and they'd put

08:29them in a caravan and they'd walk up, CNN was interviewing one person, oh, why are you

08:35coming?

08:36I want freedom.

08:42I said, you were in for, you had to see this anchor, a young woman.

08:47She's like, I couldn't believe, she'll probably lose her job.

08:51But because the left doesn't want to hear that.

08:54But we're running it based on common sense and based on love of our country.

08:58But I want to salute every service member who has helped us carry out this critical mission.

09:03It's really a very important mission.

09:04And I told Pete, we should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our

09:10military, National Guard, but military, because we're going into Chicago very soon.

09:15That's a big city with an incompetent governor, stupid governor, stupid.

09:20They threw him out of his family business.

09:22He was so stupid, I know the family.

09:25He becomes governor, he's got money.

09:28Not money that he made, but he ran for governor, he won, and now he criticizes us all the time.

09:34Last week they had 11 people murdered, 44 people shot.

09:39The week before that, they had five people murdered, 28 people shot.

09:44Every weekend they lose five, six, if they lose five, they're considering a great week.

09:48They shouldn't lose any.

09:54And he's always up there saying, we're in very good shape.

10:02Portland, Oregon, where it looks like a war zone.

10:08And I get a call from the liberal governor.

11:00And I sent in the troops, and they were gone.

11:01As soon as they sent them in, oh, when we send in the troops, if you have a real leader

11:05that says you got to do what you have to do, I put that out the other day, you got to do

11:10what you got to do, because we don't want our people hurt as they stand by.

11:15I was watching during Biden, there were troops standing up like this, brave, standing up in

11:20attention, the way I should stand all the time.

11:23And I'm like this, and people are standing, and their mouth is this far away from their mouth,

11:30and they're spitting at them, and they're screaming at them.

11:34And that soldier standing there, he wants to knock the hell out of the person, but he's

11:39not allowed to do anything.

11:43So they just stand there, and they get abused.

11:45And a woman was this far away from his face, and she starts spitting in his face, and he's

11:51not allowed to do anything.

11:53If it's okay with you, generals and admirals, I've taken that off.

11:58I say, they spit, we hit.

12:04It's a new thing.

12:07How about the cars, where the cars are coming out?

12:08They get brand new cars, Border Patrol, ice, beautiful, nice new cars.

12:14And they're driving along, and they have to go through a gauntlet of rocks being thrown

12:20So here's this beautiful brand new car, by the time it goes 100 yards, it's destroyed.

12:28These guys had pretty good arms, some of them.

12:30And they're throwing bricks at full force into the window and into the car.

12:35It looks like it's a war zone.

12:38And I said, never let that happen again.

12:40From now on, if that ever happens, and I say it here, you get out of that car, and you can

12:45do whatever the head you want to do, because those people are, you know, you can die from

12:50that.

12:51Those bricks go through the windows.

12:53You can die.

12:54They'd like it to.

12:55They'd like it to go through the window.

12:57But this was a couple of months ago.

12:58They just kept driving, and bricks are hitting the car, and I said, why aren't they stopping?

13:02Because they were under orders from the past administration, never stop.

13:06But that's different with us.

13:09And since I gave that order, we haven't had that problem.

13:11It's very interesting.

13:13And it's just like in Venezuela, you've seen the boats going.

13:19We can't find any more boats.

13:20They're carrying drugs massive.

13:23Every boat kills about 25,000 people.

13:26That's what they have.

13:27They have fentanyl, mostly, and a lot of other drugs.

13:30And we take them out.

13:32And we've taken out four or so.

13:36And it's on air.

13:37Everybody gets to see it.

13:39Not that we like to do that.

13:40But every boat kills 25,000, on average 20.

13:44Some people say more.

13:46You see these boats just stacked up with bags of white powder.

13:49It's mostly fentanyl and other drugs, too.
