00:21a myriad of problems which has actually been a legacy issue that I've come to inherit even from

00:29my first term yeah and now of course doesn't change much much but by way of magnitude and proportion

00:40I was disadvantaged by a year later than others but be there as it may I came back to hit the ground

01:06resource is going to be a big challenge for me and you know very well what does it mean has it

01:12as it takes its toll on healthcare workers this has resulted in the repercussion on on on healthcare

01:20delivery you know very well that there are 14,000 shortage shortfalls of nurses you know in the

01:27public sectors let alone in the private sectors I quickly you know want to turn around all these

01:34challenges into opportunities that I have to end contract errors doctors and now nurses which I think

01:44our achievement that not that we are proud of I've never been complacent in my job and we have made some

01:51progress but you know I would want to achieve more I will suka sama-suka coming soon this month

01:59will be the real test bed for nurses it developed in-house and it's coming so so nicely now they've done the

02:08number of stress tests on this I was told that they plan for launching this month so we really good to see

02:14how this happened and we can showcase of how suka sama-suka among our nurses going to happen and this is coming

02:22honestly something that I'm so delighted and I'm so passionately you know getting them to get to do this
