00:00Don't put your hands on me.
00:01I'm going to go.
00:01No, he's giving me his time.
00:02That's permitted.
00:03You're not going to do that.
00:04I stand before you to address grave concerns dealing with Mayor Paul Alfre.
00:09Reports indicate that you charged over $20,000 for cruises, cryotherapy sessions, and Brazilian
00:17television services for your alleged mistress.
00:19An act that is both a betrayal of trust and a crime, Mayor.
00:23And I'm glad you think it's funny.
00:24Are you the mistress?
00:25Yes.
00:25Are you the mistress?
00:26Yes.
00:26Hi, nice to meet you, mistress.
00:30I have a right to be here.
00:31I have a right to be here.
00:34Will he want you out of the...
00:35Don't put your hands on me.
00:36For what?
00:37I haven't done anything.
00:38We're going to trespass you.
00:39I have a right to be here.
00:40I'm going to have to arrest you.
00:41I don't want to.
00:42No, you're not going to arrest me.
00:43You've been told to leave by the Mayor.
00:45If you go back...
00:45For an unlawful reason, you took an oath.
00:48You raised your hand and took an oath.
00:50Not to that Mayor.
00:51You took an oath to uphold the United States Constitution.
00:54Would you like to talk about you using your deceased brother's credit card fraudulently?
00:59Why were you forced out of the Melbourne Police Department?
01:07Hey, what's up, guys?
01:08Long Island Audit here.
01:09Back again with another video.
01:11I traveled to the city of Melbourne, Florida to expose corrupt and tyrannical Mayor Paul Alfre,
01:15and he proved my point by having me thrown out of the public meeting by his police enforcers.
01:20Let's get into it.
01:22Good evening, ladies and gentlemen of Melbourne.
01:25My name is Sean Paul Reyes.
01:27I'm an investigative journalist dedicated to exposing tyranny and corruption among government officials.
01:32Tonight, I stand before you to address grave concerns dealing with Mayor Paul Alfre,
01:38rooted in documented evidence and troubling allegations drawn from the Melbourne Police Department's
01:42internal affairs investigation, as well as subsequent actions while in office.
01:46Let us begin with the damning details of the IA report dated July 21, 2012.
01:52On April 4, 2012, Officer Rodriguez observed that the mayor, then canine handler, repackaged cocaine, heroin, marijuana, MDMA,
02:02and methamphetamine from secure metal tins into flimsy plastic bags during training sessions.
02:07Those bags were later found spilling inside the containers, creating a reckless endangerment risk for his canine partner,
02:14risking poisoning, as noted by the deputy chief himself.
02:17He excused this behavior by citing rusty tins.
02:21Yet you failed to file the required written report under Melbourne Police Department, General Order 43.3052.
02:30In more than 22 instances, you, Mayor, neglected to secure witness signatures when returning narcotics, failures you ultimately admitted.
02:41The lack of witness signatures raises questions.
02:44Were these drugs repurposed for illicit use?
02:46The lack of oversight fuels suspicion.
02:49When the violation was sustained, the mayor chose to voluntarily separate from the department on September 12, 2012.
02:58September 10th, excuse me.
02:59But this was no clean break.
03:01It was an evasion of discipline, a maneuver to avoid determination.
03:05Later, as mayor, you dismiss the chief.
03:08I was told that you pushed the chief out to retire.
03:14The very chief who held you accountable, further shielding yourself from scrutiny.
03:19Unfortunately, this pattern of evasion misconduct extends beyond your career and into your family life.
03:23I have received credible allegations involving your late brother, Brian Alfre.
03:27Reports indicate that you charged over $20,000 on his credit card for cruises, cryotherapy sessions, and Brazilian television services for your alleged mistress.
03:40You also allegedly secured a $200,000 balloon loan through a company you co-owned with Brian without the consent of his widow, who rightfully holds a 50% stake.
03:49Even more troubling are allegations that you fraudulently used her notary stamp to forge documents, an act that is both a betrayal of trust and a crime, mayor.
04:00And I'm glad you think it's funny.
04:01I don't think it's very funny.
04:02Following Brian's death, you allegedly weaponized the Melbourne Police Department, your former colleagues, to intimidate your niece and sister-in-law.
04:13You used the Melbourne Police Department to intimidate your niece and your sister-in-law, summoning them to out-of-jurisdiction locations and turning a public institution into a tool for a personal vendetta.
04:25John Paul is going to be assigning me his time, mayor.
04:33I appreciate that.
04:35You want to run it now?
04:38Oh, the lawsuit is coming to me?
04:39Great.
04:40Are you the mistress?
04:41Are you the mistress?
04:44Hi, nice to meet you, mistress.
04:47Hey, he's giving me his time.
04:49He's giving me his time.
04:50He can give me his time.
04:51Don't put your hands on me.
04:53No, he's giving me his time.
04:54That's permitted.
04:55That's permitted.
04:56That's permitted.
04:57You're not going to do that.
04:58He's giving me his time.
05:00That is permitted.
05:01Excuse me.
05:02It is permitted for someone else to yield his time to me.
05:06Are you going to listen to me?
05:07I'm going by the rules.
05:09Any city councilwoman or man going to stand up, he's allowed to transfer his time to me.
05:13I'm the next speaker.
05:14I'm trying to talk to you, okay?
05:15I'd like to yield my time.
05:17No, the mayor's not a, he's not a, he's not, he's not a tire, he can't just tell people to leave.
05:21I know what he's saying.
05:22He can't just tell people to leave.
05:24I have three minutes.
05:26I have an additional three minutes.
05:29Listen, you don't have to put cuffs on me.
05:31He's giving me his time.
05:33Are they allowed to give over time, yes or no?
05:35We can let you back in.
05:36Let's go talk.
05:36Here you go.
05:37You want to read this?
05:38You want to read this?
05:39What is it?
05:40Come talk.
05:40Right here.
05:41This one.
05:43I'm right here.
05:44I'm right here.
05:45Understand.
05:46He is handing, he is giving me his time, mayor.
05:50Is that not permitted?
05:51It doesn't work that way?
05:52Okay.
05:53It doesn't work that way.
05:54I'm not allowed to yield my time, sir.
05:56No.
05:56We're not yielding.
05:57Sir.
05:58I would like, okay, I would just like, I'm leaving.
06:00I'm going to enter the record.
06:01Hold on.
06:02As a Melbourne resident, I would like to enter this into the, I'm just entering this into the,
06:10don't put your hands on me.
06:11Sir, I don't want to arrest you.
06:12You don't have to.
06:12You want to come out and talk?
06:13I'm going to enter this into the record.
06:14I'll enter it into the record.
06:15Okay.
06:16Sir, please.
06:17Okay.
06:17I can be right here.
06:18I'm waiting right here.
06:19I have a right to be here.
06:21Sir, please.
06:21I have a, I have a right to be here.
06:24I have a right to be here.
06:25Come talk to me.
06:25I am going to sit down.
06:27I have a right to be here.
06:27Yes, I am.
06:28Talk to me.
06:28People, he wants you out of the...
06:29Don't put your hands on me.
06:31For what?
06:31I haven't done anything.
06:32We're going to trespass you.
06:33Come talk to us.
06:40I'm not leaving, sir.
06:41This ain't going to work.
06:42I have a right to be here.
06:43I'm going to have to arrest you.
06:44I don't want to.
06:45No, you're not going to arrest me.
06:46Step outside for me.
06:46Listen, I have a right to be here.
06:48Just talk to me.
06:48I have, don't put your hands on me.
06:50I'm trying to be here.
06:50I have a right to be here.
06:51Step on out, sir.
06:52I have a right to be here.
06:53You don't.
06:55Unfortunately, we're going to...
06:55You're a coward, Mayor.
06:56I have a right to be here.
06:58Listen.
06:58I have a right to be here.
06:59We have a right to trespass you.
07:00No, you do not.
07:01I have a right to be there.
07:02You can't trespass you.
07:03I haven't broken the law.
07:04I haven't broken the law.
07:06Take a breath.
07:07No, no, no.
07:07Okay, let's take a breath.
07:09Okay, I haven't broken the law.
07:11Talk to the lieutenant.
07:12Lieutenant, I haven't broken the law.
07:13I would like to go attend a public meeting
07:14and I'm not going to say anything else.
07:16But once the mayor throws you out,
07:17I can't let you back in.
07:17No, no, the mayor can't throw me out.
07:20He can't just throw...
07:20What did I do for him to throw me out?
07:22Well, I have no idea what you did in there, man.
07:24I was out here.
07:24He can't just throw me out.
07:26If I can tell you, once he wants you out,
07:27I can't put you back in.
07:28Now, we can go sit there and find out what's going on
07:33I can throw you out.
07:33He's kind of the charge of the whole...
07:35So the guy that I'm exposing his corruption
07:37has every right to just throw me out
07:39because he doesn't like what I'm saying,
07:40the content of my speech.
07:41It sounds like a violation.
07:42I want to speak to your supervisor.
07:44It sounds like a violation of the United States Constitution
07:46that the mayor can just throw me out
07:48because he doesn't like the content of my speech.
07:50I have a First Amendment right to address the mayor.
07:53I have a First Amendment right to be in this building.
07:55I have a First Amendment right.
07:56I'm not going to cause a scene.
07:57The rule said that you could transfer over the time.
08:00That's all I was trying to argue for.
08:02I wasn't trying to get more time than anybody else.
08:04That individual was going to transfer his time over to me.
08:08That's permitted by the rules.
08:11Understand where I'm coming from at this point, okay?
08:13You have the mayor...
08:14Yeah, you're just following orders, right?
08:16See, I'm not going to go there with you.
08:17I'm trying to be nice about this.
08:18I mean, you're being nice by violating my rights, sir?
08:20I'm not going to jerk this whole time, man.
08:22But you're violating my rights.
08:24I'd rather you be a jerk and not violate my rights.
08:26Okay, what do you want me to take?
08:27I have to leave because that's really not what I want to do.
08:30But if you want me to do that, I'll tell you.
08:31Then you'll earn yourself a lawsuit, sir.
08:33You'll earn yourself a lawsuit.
08:34I will sue the city of Melbourne for violating...
08:36You're already violating my rights.
08:38I just want to sit down.
08:38That's probably the right course of action.
08:40Okay.
08:40Because I don't want to have to trespass and then do an arrest.
08:43Yeah, well, if you do that, then you're going to be...
08:45I promise you.
08:46But if we ask you to leave...
08:47I advise you to use Google.
08:48And you sue us on the back.
08:49I advise you to use Google.
08:50It's here for everybody.
08:51No.
08:51No, no, no, no.
08:52And we don't have to put costs on you.
08:53We don't have to put...
08:54I have not broken the law.
08:55Trespass me.
08:57Trespass me.
08:57Arrest me.
08:58I haven't broken the law.
09:00Why?
09:00Because your fearless leader told you that he didn't like what I had to say about him?
09:04Because I'm speaking the truth?
09:06You're going to remove me and arrest me from a public building?
09:09I haven't cursed.
09:10I haven't done anything illegal.
09:12I haven't broken any laws.
09:14You understand that once the mayor gets to leave, I can't let you back in.
09:17So when the mayor says something, it's just...
09:20He's in charge of that.
09:21The people are in charge here.
09:22You can argue down the back end, man.
09:24I can't argue this right now.
09:25The mayor doesn't want you back in there.
09:27He said you're causing a disturbance.
09:28How am I causing a disturbance by saying things?
09:30I wasn't in there, okay?
09:32I literally walked in when you were sitting there arguing.
09:34Right.
09:34So I want to go sit down.
09:36I can't let you do that.
09:37So I cannot go sit down in a public meeting.
09:38No, you cannot go in there right now.
09:40Don't.
09:41Interesting.
09:42Interesting.
09:42Because I'm going to hold you accountable, I promise you.
09:44What's your name?
09:45Badge number.
09:45Lieutenant Sado, 282.
09:46What's your name and badge number?
09:47Formula 354.
09:48Did you show up to his relative's address?
09:51Are you one of the officers?
09:52Any of you are the officers that showed up to his relative out of jurisdiction?
09:55All I know is...
09:57Well, he's sending law enforcement officers.
09:59Your mayor is sending law enforcement officers.
10:01We're really trying to be kind with you.
10:02No, no.
10:03You're violating my rights.
10:05You're violating my rights.
10:06That's not being kind to me.
10:07You just don't want to see it from our side.
10:10No.
10:10You've been told to leave by the mayor.
10:12If you go back...
10:12For an unlawful reason.
10:14Doesn't matter.
10:14You took an oath.
10:15You raised your hand and took an oath.
10:16Doesn't matter.
10:17Not to that mayor.
10:18You took an oath to uphold the United States Constitution.
10:21That's what you did.
10:22Okay.
10:22Hi, mistress.
10:23Listen to me.
10:24Shut your mouth.
10:25No, no, no.
10:26Come on.
10:26Bye-bye, mayor's mistress.
10:28All right.
10:28Bye-bye.
10:29At some point, we're just going to handcuff you.
10:30Dude, we're trying not to.
10:32I'm not doing...
10:33I'm not going back in, am I?
10:34But I can't help the people behind you.
10:37They can't go in because we're dealing with you.
10:39You're disrupting...
10:40I'm not disrupting...
10:41I'm not disrupting anything.
10:43It's ridiculous.
10:44These people can't go in because you're...
10:45You're violating my free speech.
10:47You're violating yours.
10:48So what's on the back?
10:48I'm not doing anything.
10:50They're doing it.
10:51They're doing it.
10:52You're taking our time.
10:52You guys love free speech until it's somebody that you don't like, right?
10:55No, we love free speech.
10:57It's free speech.
10:58We're here from Turning Point.
10:59We love free speech.
10:59Okay.
11:00So, so obviously, they are silencing me because of my speech.
11:03So you don't like my speech, right?
11:04That's their prerogative.
11:06There you go.
11:0647.
11:07There you go.
11:07It's their prerogative to violate free speech.
11:10Yes, I do.
11:11Of course I do.
11:12I do.
11:13I had a whole stack.
11:14You weren't in there.
11:14You should have got here earlier.
11:17You should have got here earlier.
11:18I have my team.
11:19You should have got here earlier.
11:20You're a waste of time.
11:20Yeah, I...
11:21Oh, it's their prerogative, right?
11:23You would like to go inside.
11:24Not till we get ahold of him.
11:25We're trying to...
11:26I'm videotaping his...
11:27Listen, let's...
11:28Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:29We're just disruptive.
11:30Right.
11:30Okay.
11:31I'll make it...
11:32Sorry, let's make it clear.
11:33I'm going to make it clear.
11:34I'm going to make it clear.
11:35Listen, I'm going to make it clear.
11:36Listen, I'm going to make it clear.
11:37If I go back in there, are you going to arrest me?
11:38Yes, sir.
11:39Okay, great.
11:39Great, great, great.
11:42You love freedom of speech until when it's something contrary towards you, don't you?
11:47That's why our country's so divided.
11:49As I was being thrown out of City Hall under threat of arrest, a fellow patriot, a resident
11:53of the city of Melbourne, who tried to yield his three minutes to me, entered the IA report,
11:58the credit card statements, into the public record.
12:01Since you're not going to let me yield my time, I'm going to submit this into evidence,
12:05it's this FDLE Internal Investigations Report in regards to the matter that was just discussed.
12:11Okay.
12:11It's also the Capital One information in regards to the fraudulent charges that were put on your
12:23deceased brother's credit card of the amount of over $20,000.
12:27And I'd also like to address counsel that as a taxpayer in this county, I'd like to see
12:38my tax dollars for Melbourne PD going to their jurisdiction.
12:42This weekend, an altercation took place where yourself and your place of business for your
12:50Alfre roofing that you are a co-owner of is the jurisdiction of the Brevard County Sheriff's
12:55Department, which three of my taxpayers' officers from Melbourne PD were there, but it's controlled
13:04and holds jurisdiction by the Brevard County Sheriff.
13:07So I'm going to enter this into record.
13:10Would you like to talk about you using your deceased brother's credit card fraudulently
13:15to have, to spend on your mistress here and to have your, excuse me ma'am, using the police
13:23department, the Melbourne police department to intimidate your family members, sir?
13:27Do you have any comment on that?
13:30Yeah, using them in out of jurisdiction.
13:32Hey, thanks for coming out and getting your three minutes.
13:34Oh yeah, I'll be back to get another three minutes.
13:36No worries.
13:37It would be great if you just, if you allowed the, uh, I'm not going to do any harm to the
13:43mayor or his, or his mistress.
13:45Yeah.
13:46Yeah.
13:46I'm a peaceful man.
13:48So mayor, do you have any, uh, comment on any of these allegations?
13:52Why were you fired from or forced out of the Melbourne police department?
13:57Why?
13:58What were you doing with those drugs?
13:59You don't want to answer anything.
14:01What were you doing with the drugs?
14:03Thanks.
14:05How was the vacation?
14:09How was the cruise mayor?
14:10You were on a cruise, right?
14:13You went on a Royal Caribbean cruise with your mistress, right?
14:17Mayor.
14:20You're going to run away.
14:21Two days after the city council meeting, I returned to city hall to do a public records
14:25request, continuing my investigation.
14:27Mayor and city council, city clerk.
14:28Here we go.
14:31Hey, how are you?
14:34How are you doing today?
14:35I'm good.
14:36Hey, so I just had some public records requests here.
14:39Okay.
14:39Pursuing to the article one Florida statute there.
14:43Okay.
14:43Let me take a look.
14:44Yep.
14:45It's about three pages.
14:50I'm doing well, ma'am.
14:51How are you?
14:52Some of this we can, um, provide to you right now.
14:55I'm not sure.
14:57Oh, it's pretty detailed.
14:59I'm looking for, like, the mayor's coal logs.
15:01Um, I believe the mayor uses his, uh, personal phone to conduct city business, I was told.
15:06So, um, I don't know how you're going to parse that out.
15:09Yeah, yeah, yeah.
15:10And it might take us a little bit.
15:11We might not be able to get all of it to you today.
15:12But I know, like, um, let's see.
15:15His email address, phone number, we can give you, like, his card.
15:21We're out of his cards, but we have the.
15:23Oh, yes.
15:24I forgot we put that up here.
15:25So, this is, um, the list of city officials, phone numbers, emails.
15:29Perfect.
15:30Perfect.
15:31Um, okay, I'm going to get the pen out.
15:36Let's see what we got in here.
15:40Since his appointment.
15:41So, he has had that phone number since he's been here.
15:46We never changed it.
15:46I know.
15:47Yes.
15:48I think we had changed that.
15:49So, I'm going to, um, same one email address.
15:54Um, addresses used.
15:58Um, so, I know his personal address is on there.
16:02I don't know if he has had any previous, but we can take a look at that.
16:05Okay.
16:06Um.
16:07Um, including city and personal accounts.
16:15Um, are you talking financial accounts?
16:17Yeah, I'm talking about, just, I'm talking about his, um, if he has, if it exists, um, a city credit card that he uses.
16:24Um, he does not.
16:25He does not have a city issue.
16:26None of them have their own card.
16:27Normally, all of those, like, um, like when they travel.
16:30Right.
16:30Um, we would use RP cards, um, for those purchases.
16:34And then, like, we, we.
16:35So, the mayor does not have a card that he uses for any sort of official business at all?
16:39No.
16:40Okay.
16:40Nope.
16:40That's fine.
16:41You can cross that out then.
16:42All right.
16:45Okay.
16:45So, this one will take a while.
16:46Um, the cell phone, because we'll have to contact IT and they'll have to provide all the information to us.
16:52I understand.
16:54And I think Sally, am I correct?
16:56He uses his personal phone.
16:58He does not have a city cell phone.
17:00That is a city cell phone, I believe.
17:02Okay.
17:02Okay.
17:03I was, I was told that it's his personal cell phone that he uses.
17:07I don't think he, I don't think he has a phone.
17:09I was told that he, he refused to take a city phone.
17:12Yeah.
17:12Um, I'm pretty sure you're right.
17:14Because they have an option.
17:15Right.
17:16They could either.
17:16Some of them, like, get tablets.
17:17Some of them get a cell phone.
17:18Like, depending on what they.
17:19Right, right, right.
17:20Yeah, I was just told that he uses his personal phone for a city for both.
17:23I think that's right, but.
17:25Okay.
17:28Okay.
17:32Um.
17:33Um, Chief, okay.
17:34So that same thing, Chief Gillespie's, um, his city issued phone and anything like that.
17:40Right, right.
17:40That would have to go for my tea.
17:42Right.
17:42I'm going to make little notes here for me.
17:43Is this for me?
17:44I'm sorry.
17:44Yes, that is, that is, that is for you.
17:46That is for you.
17:46I was mistaken.
17:47He does not have a city phone.
17:48He does not have a city phone.
17:49That's, that's what I, that's what I thought.
17:50Okay.
17:51Yeah.
17:51Um.
17:54Campaign financial declarations.
17:57Okay.
17:57Um, Sally, um, do you mind printing all of his campaign information?
18:06Sure.
18:07Um, so she'll do that.
18:09From this past election?
18:11Um, well, um, Paul offers campaign financial declarations, including form six disclosures,
18:17uh, from his time as council member through his tenure as a mayor, so through the whole
18:23time.
18:24City charter.
18:25I can print that one.
18:27Perfect.
18:27And let me just, I'm going to.
18:28What was your name?
18:28You're being so awful.
18:29I'm Justice.
18:30Justice.
18:30Yes.
18:30Nice to meet you.
18:31I like that name.
18:32Justice.
18:32I like that name a lot.
18:34Justice.
18:37Okay.
18:37I'll get that one.
18:40Sergeant in arms.
18:41I can do that.
18:44Credit cards.
18:45So I'm going to cross this one off because this one's the city court because he doesn't
18:49have one.
18:49Okay.
18:50Perfect.
18:55So if I'm not mistaken, and I'll find this out as well, um, I don't believe.
19:01So do we want this?
19:02Let me ask you a question though real quick before I cram.
19:05Let me stop that.
19:06Um, do you want it sent to you via email at no charge?
19:09I'll take the, um, if you could send it to me via email, that'd be great.
19:14Yeah, just, just to save, save paper.
19:16Yeah.
19:17Here, let me, what's your, what's a good email?
19:19It's longislandaudit at gmail.com.
19:26I mean, you can get it either way, but there's.
19:28Right.
19:28I get it.
19:29No, I prefer to save some.
19:30Just like that.
19:31Yes.
19:32Longislandaudit at gmail.com.
19:33Right.
19:33Okay.
19:36Okay.
19:37Um, again, I'll have to double check official social, social media accounts.
19:45Um, I don't believe we have one for him officially that I could be wrong.
19:51Yeah.
19:51I will bear.
19:51Okay.
19:52That's fine.
19:52Again, I, I'm just asking, I'm not saying that all of that is.
19:55Yeah.
19:55Yeah.
19:55Yeah.
19:56I'm just kind of walking through it with you.
19:57Facebook, Instagram, okay.
20:02Um, I'll ask you all that in a second.
20:05Police department.
20:06Okay.
20:07So, most of the police department information is stuff that we're going to have to get, um,
20:14so the Melbourne police department has their own records division.
20:17Okay.
20:17And so they're the ones that's probably going to have all of this.
20:19Right.
20:20You can forward it to them.
20:21Oh, yeah.
20:21Perfect.
20:22I can just send it, email it over to them.
20:23Perfect.
20:25Yeah.
20:25All of that.
20:27Yeah, all of that seems to be them.
20:37Um, I request to.
20:47I think the rest is just standard, um, like how I want to deliver it if possible, stuff like
20:52that, you know?
20:53Oh, Electro.
20:54We could have gotten to that.
20:55Sorry.
20:57Mm-hmm.
21:00Okay.
21:01All right.
21:01All right.
21:01So, I think that's all the information that we have on hand for now.
21:04Okay.
21:04Um, but we've got your email, so we'll get everything to you.
21:06Okay.
21:07I'll wait.
21:07I'll just wait for it.
21:08Okay.
21:09All right.
21:09And if you have any questions, you got our, I think our phone number's on the bottom of
21:12that as well.
21:13Okay.
21:13Perfect.
21:13Just give us a call.
21:14All right.
21:14Thank you guys.
21:15Have a good one.
21:16No problem.
21:17But you're going to have some of the information or you're going to email it?
21:19We're going to email it.
21:20Email it.
21:20Perfect.
21:21Yes, that's perfect.
21:22Thank you, Justice.
21:22Thank you, ma'am.
21:23I appreciate it.
21:24You too.
21:25All right, fellow patriots.
21:26Mayor Paul Alfre has issued a public statement on his official Facebook page, which is linked
21:30in the description below the like button, regarding these allegations, where he pins
21:33all the blame on his deceased brother's widow and daughter.
21:37Shameless.
21:38He even goes as far as to defame me, stating I sent him death threats.
21:42I have already sent him a retraction demand.
21:43He has 48 hours to comply, or I will be filing a defamation lawsuit against him.
21:48As far as the allegations, the mayor doesn't address all of them, but he says that the
21:52credit card purchases he made were on a credit card that he is, quote, solely responsible
21:57for.
21:58Problem is, we have the proof.
22:00As you can see here, this is a letter from Capital One to Mayor Paul Alfre's sister-in-law,
22:04widow to his deceased brother.
22:06It states that the estate of her husband is solely responsible for the debt.
22:10It does not say that Mayor Alfre is responsible for it.
22:14Capital One does not even have the mayor listed as an authorized user.
22:18Yet, the mayor has admitted to using the credit card after his brother passed for luxury cruises,
22:23cryotherapy, and Brazilian TV for his mistress.
22:27It gets worse.
22:28The mayor has also locked his brother's widow from the company property, which she owns 50%
22:33of.
22:34He changed the lock without her authorization.
22:37I went to the property myself with Mrs. Alfre to verify this.
22:40Mrs. Alfre has personal property located on the company property that she doesn't even
22:44have access to because of the mayor.
22:47What kind of despicable human being would treat their brother's widow this way?
22:51That same property, the mayor has allegedly taken out a $200,000 balloon loan without the
22:56permission of Mrs. Alfre.
22:57Now, I've seen some dirty, corrupt, tyrannical mayors before, but I've never seen a mayor that
23:01would engage in this disgusting behavior towards his brother's widow.
23:04Mrs. Alfre and her daughter have been through enough, and now they have to deal with the mayor
23:08and his disgusting behavior.
23:10Since covering this story, I have received countless emails from residents all over Melbourne
23:15stating that the mayor is a piece of shit, he's a corrupt, racist opportunist.
23:20In my opinion, it sure does look that way from all the evidence that I've seen.
23:23The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is apparently investigating the mayor based on
23:26all of these allegations, but sources tell me that the mayor just went out to dinner with
23:30a member of the FDLE, so I won't hold my breath for any accountability, but we do have
23:35the court of public opinion.
23:36The mayor thought he was just going to bully Mrs. Alfre and her daughter and get away with
23:39it.
23:40Not today, mayor, and not anymore.
23:43Accountability is coming for you.
23:44You should resign immediately in disgrace, just like you resigned in disgrace from the
23:49Melbourne Police Department.
23:50Stay tuned to the channel so you don't miss any updates on this story and my unlawful arrest.
