00:00Invest Aote Pau to Dunedin is a plan we've put together over a pretty long period of time

00:04working with the business community and it's all about actually harnessing all the amazing work

00:08that goes on inside the city and getting a whole lot of investment behind that to actually make

00:12it go further, faster, better. So we've got a whole lot of people out there that are really

00:16keen to see the city be successful and Invest Aote Pau to Dunedin is an initiative and a plan

00:20that's going to get right behind those cool ideas. Big development for the city, we've been working

00:24on it for quite some time and there's a common theme that businesses just wanted to really

00:29improve the environment that they're working in so this is a collective set of ideas that have

00:34come together about some real key priorities for investment into the city. We're really keen to

00:38create quite a blueprint for the city around where the opportunities are for different precincts and

00:42the likes and it's not just about investing capital funding for business to support them it's also

00:47about enhancing the investment of talent into the city so we've got a huge a lot going on around

00:54healthcare at the moment so how do we invest the right talent into these different fields to really

00:58attract people to the city. Pretty ambitious but we like to set stretch targets but we also want

01:03to set targets that we believe are achievable so I reckon if we get the people behind this plan

01:08and get the support we need that these these targets are achievable.
