00:00Just a few years ago people would have considered as completely crazy to take

00:07battery electric vehicles and go to North Cape right in the middle of winter.

00:11With a team of six people we took four of our four-wheel drive cars in standard

00:16configuration all the way from Stuttgart to North Cape. We used public available

00:21infrastructure on the way and that was part of the idea behind the strip. We

00:26wanted to give evidence that any customer can go to North Cape with our battery

00:30electric vehicles without any major issues. We went through beautiful

00:35countryside and wonderful scenery with a lot of snow in the sunshine and under

00:42these conditions battery electric vehicles make the most sense and becomes

00:45obvious that protecting environment is such a positive aspect about battery EVs

00:51and even when you think about cold temperatures our consumption in average

00:56did not go up as much as anybody would expect. We were just consuming a couple

01:01of percents more for intensive heating of course but in the range of just a few

01:06percent. Our cars are safe, reliable, comfortable and even fun to drive even

01:12under these untypical driving conditions. This was a wonderful experience that the

01:18whole team was looking forward to. The key learning from this is the advice to all

01:24our customers that they can trust our cars and go for very interesting trips and

01:29experiences and create wonderful memories.
