00:29Kasabay nito ay ang commemoration sa 75 years of diplomatic relations ng India at Pilipinas.
00:36Bago ang run, nagkaroon din ng maikling yoga session sa pangunguna ni Ali Allison,
00:42isang yoga instructor na humahanga sa pagkakapipbisig ng dalawang bansa.
00:47Ibinahagi niya ang kahalagahan na pagkakaroon ng cultural and sports exchange sa pagpapaunlad ng diplomatic relationship.
00:54We can learn so much from each other, from India and from the Philippines.
00:58So it's very important that we have this cultural and sports exchange.
01:03There are so many things that we can identify and re-identify.
01:08For example, as a Filipino, every time I visit India, I feel like, oh, this is my pre-colonial Philippines.
01:14So you feel a sense of belonging and that's very important in forging partnership in order for us to have a peaceful world.

01:32Every community have our own role, have our own contribution, one of which is we do our part.
01:38We don't just wait for our government leaders to have policies, but we do our contribution.
01:44For example, we have the yoga community, the Filipinos who are practicing yoga.
01:49We can contribute in cross-cultural and sports exchange.
01:53And also yoga means union.
01:56So that's very timely for the India and Philippines diplomatic relations.

02:23I have two things to say first, you know.
02:26I find Philippines is one of the most beautiful countries in the world
02:30and Filipinos one of the most beautiful, loving, warm people in the world.
02:35And so are the Indians, you know.
02:38And this was a beauty of a friendship tie that, you know,
02:43both the Prime Minister of our country and the President of this country
02:46is being tied and recently President Marcos was in India.
02:50He met Prime Minister Modi.
02:52And this event, Vixit Bharat, is a goal which our Prime Minister has kept for India.
02:59And in 47, we will be a Vixit Bharat.
03:04So each and every Indian and now Filipinos join in, you know,
03:08supporting him and India in becoming a superpower of the world.

03:25I think, again, this is a very, very, very first step.
03:30And, you know, there has been a lot of steps taken by the top people
03:33like the President and Prime Ministers and the bureaucrats and the ministers
03:37in, you know, bringing the two countries together.
03:39This is when the main, the grassroots rebel, the people, the citizens of the countries
03:45come together and bring these two countries together as one.
