00:42Former Senate President Jesus Escudero took the floor and threw allegations
00:46against former House Speaker Martin Romualdez,
00:49one of which was the flood control scandal,
00:52wherein Escudero is also being implicated during the Senate Blue Ribbons Committee hearing.
00:58Escudero lambasted what he called script,
01:01wherein the alleged goal is to make some DPWH officials implicate senators
01:06while covering up for House Solons.

03:03but a DBS script,
03:06a recycled accusation
03:07and it's not true.

03:09that Escudero's speech
03:11was not for accountability
03:12but for personal ambitions.

03:16was designed to show loyalty
03:18to VP Sara Duterte
03:19and positioned Escudero
03:21as a possible ally
03:23of the Vice President in 2028.
