00:00We are introducing new legislation to put our economic security first.
00:12We understand your cause and we are recognising a Palestinian state.
00:17But we are now a party in government, not a party of protest.
00:23And I'm proud to stand here as your Chancellor.
00:26The Chancellor has increased the minimum wage.
00:29A Chancellor that is introducing free breakfast clubs and free school meals.
00:33A Chancellor that has overseen five cuts to interface.
00:36That's the difference we make and that is the difference we make in power, not through protest.
00:41I'm part of this change and that is why I am standing here proud to be your Chancellor of the Exchequer.
