00:00Rams will bring a little pressure it's picked up and Jones finds Pittman there
00:08won't be a three and out on this possession either back here with a lot
00:12of friends and family on hand first down and ten it's Taylor and rather Jones on
00:18the play fake he's going up top looking downfield for Adonai Mitchell and it's
00:22intercepted cam curl with the pick down the sideline goes curl and curl out of
00:30bounds at the 45 really I mean people talk about his arm talent his cerebral
00:37skills but his toughness has always been the most impressive thing to me
00:40Kuka Nakua his first catch that's been a nice one-two punch early for the Rams at
00:45that running back spot this is number one Kyron Williams in that one-two punch and
00:49Williams you can see he's so good at making people miss and at breaking
00:53tackles on the couch to the starting lineup in less than a week for Mike Hilton
00:58Stafford to the sideline Kuka Nakua finding space and finding a first down a
01:04third down and eight six defensive backs out there Colts bring pressure with one
01:07and it's almost intercepted by Zaire Franklin 42-yard try for Joshua Carty
01:13as we saw two blocks last week for this Ram kicker
01:18no block this time and Carty puts it right down the middle in Los Angeles
01:22Jones and the Colts with their second possession pressure up the middle Jones
01:26jumps it into the open space and finds Tyler Warren who powers his way inside the
01:3230 and down at the 28
01:34second and 11 plus in that in that area we're second and 13 here on this drive so
01:38there are the sorts offensively third and 25 Jones trying to get back into
01:43field goal range and add a nine Mitchell good snap and hold and the kick good by
01:50plenty for Spencer Schrader so you see Matthew Stafford under center like he is
01:55right now much more it marries the run game with the passing game and you see how
02:00effective they are running the football and it was one of the things that I was
02:03really impressed with last week matched up at the bottom he was creating a
02:06star various war Stafford off the high shotgun snap throwing over the middle
02:11he's got his tight end and Tyler Higbee is down right near the line to gain five I
02:17thought he was at least closer to the 46
02:20Daniel Jones trying to cash in on the opportunity he'll check it short to
02:23Jonathan Taylor Taylor will scoot up the sidelines breaks one tackle as we bring in
02:28Mike Pereira from our low shotgun snap Jones in some trouble finds downs there's a
02:37guy making a big play and he makes it to get the first down the 24 is Jonathan
02:42Taylor bouncing to the edge Taylor turns on the Jets and he's got a first down out
02:47of bounds near the 11 first and all those categories seems like a good thing the
02:52jet sweep to Doolin and Doolin breaks a tackle and is down near the three yard
02:57Jones under center turns hands to Warren Warren barrels inside the two and is
03:05down at the one no it's a touchdown
03:07Warren into the end zone for six and the Colts take a 9-3 lead
03:16play and it looks like it's going to be the same thing right there's Tyler Warren
03:20he's supposed to be the blocker but no it's a little inside handoff
03:23you could see the feet right there I mean it's kind of coming down at that
03:26inside angle
03:28Stafford gets the shotgun snap of the five-man rush over the middle Nakua with
03:33the catch you need a first down where do you go
03:37hookah Nakua from the 40 core on the carry on first down has some room and out across midfield into Colts territory
03:48watch Nakua in motion at the bottom of your screen
03:51Stafford with pressure coming late looking for Nakua down the sideline and Stafford drops it in
03:58Nakua finishing it off
04:00Kuka Nakua
04:02the wide receiver in the slot to the bottom of your screen
04:05and it'll be Kyron Williams
04:07looking for some running room finds a nice little crease and is down to the 19 yard line
04:13particularly concerned they came in six touchdowns in 13 trips
04:17get into the red zone again get derailed by a penalty and have to settle here
04:21four-man rush Jones quick toss fit that into a tight window and it's Josh Downs again
04:29how you how you study your scripts and it really left an impression on Tammy
04:34there's no doubt Jonathan Taylor tripped up there's Landman again
04:39second and five for the Rams from their nine Kyron Williams to carry and Williams for the first down
04:47just across the 14-yard line tire Franklin
04:54Stafford
04:55backside pressure comes as he throws for Nakua on the sidelines at the 38 and out of bounds Nick Cross
05:04on third and ten
05:07Stafford
05:08open over the middle it's Devontae Adams that's a first down and now the Rams are thinking points
05:13to the Colts 46 a pickup of 16
05:17Stafford
05:19finds Nakua and Nakua picks up nine
05:22it's what he does when he does it and Kyron Williams just put a great chip block on it
05:27Stafford open over the middle Higby will secure this one and down to the 21 and a timeout called by Sean McVeigh
05:34now Nakua in motion
05:39they set up the screen to Nakua with blockers Nakua inside the 15 and Puka down to the 10 it's a first down
05:48Stafford
05:50into the end zone
05:52Devontae Adams
05:53Adams with the touchdown
05:55and the
05:5896-yard
05:59Rams drive
06:01Put six on the board and grabs the lead late first half watch the safety back here in the back end
06:07I don't I don't know why he leaves that spot who he's chasing
06:10But that's right where Devontae Adams goes to right into that slot there in the second down and ten
06:16Jones
06:19Has to check it short to Taylor Taylor looking for a block and then a stiff arm as he goes out
06:25near the 24-yard line
06:29third and four
06:33Jones down the sideline one-on-one all what a catch and and I Mitchell down the sideline
06:40Turn it on the speed and a little stiff arm ushering into the end zone for a Colts touchdown
06:47But did he lose the ball going out of the end zone before he crossed the goal line?
06:55I think it may have come out early
06:58He sticks out and it slips out of his hand
07:02Unbelievable
07:04Lillian on the field as the ball was loose
07:08Prior to crossing the goal line
07:10It went in and out of the end zone
07:12The result of the play is a touchback
07:14First down Rams
07:17Any one wrong move could cause that to flare up again
07:20Pressure coming on third down Nakua sliding grab is made, but he's down
07:26Touched down at the 35 yard line
07:29Does it make more sense just to kind of continue what you've done all year?
07:33Play fake
07:34Over the middle finding Pittman who twists his way
07:38Across the Rams 45 for 17
07:41Play from what he called a dirty pocket not let him have clean reads
07:44They've done that most of the afternoon. This is really the first series where it has looked a little cleaner
07:49And Taylor with a clean run around that right side
07:53He was being chased the whole way by Byron Young, but you talked about the power and
07:57Play action
08:01Open on the sideline is Ashton Doolin
08:05First down and by plenty to the 26 yard line
08:09He picks up 11 from Indianapolis this afternoon
08:11Jones play action
08:14Backside pressure comes as he gets rid of it
08:16Juggling catch is made inside the five and down to the two
08:20Tyler Warren sets the 10 plays 88 yards so full
08:24Jonathan Taylor the single back
08:28Jones will turn play action
08:30Flag is down Jones to the end zone caught for the touchdown by Michael Pittman and the Colts take the lead
08:37Yeah, this is another tough one, right?
08:41I mean you
08:42You're running all the way across the field you get beat right away. You don't need the rub
08:47You don't need to take anybody through a web or anything like that you
08:53First down ball is out Williams lost it loose on the turf still being dribbled about and the Colts have it at the 17-yard line
09:00See how aggressive the Colts get not very with Taylor Taylor though bouncing it to the edge gets inside the 20
09:14Snap and hold are good as is the kick
09:24Play action staffer to Williams Kyron Williams another stiff arm
09:29He's been the stiff arm King today Joe Bocchi
09:32Stepped outside and reset and tried to throw the ball
09:35But he's just such a smart football player and now second and 10
09:39Instead of a sack or a turnover they get 10 more to Puka Nakua and another first down
09:45You know the ability to get open by Puka Nakua the rapport that he and Matthew have built it. It's like it they cannot cover it
09:52And the toss Colby Parkinson with his third catch of the season
09:56But the pass receiving leader of the NFL here today
09:59And they have not even come close
10:01Back-to-back
10:02Parkinson catches and he's down to the 46 of the Colts Bocchi on the tackle
10:11Four-man pressure Stafford with time to the sideline for Devontae Adams at the 30
10:16Inside the 25 before Adams is finally stood up near the 23 by Mike Hilton and Cameron Bynum
10:26Nakua in motion
10:28They look for him. They find him at the 20
10:30Nakua inside the 10 and he's got
10:32And he's got about one yard to go before the first down the ankle tackle
10:38Stymieing Puka Nakua after the 11-yard gain down a touchdown 325 to go they'll go
10:44Stafford looking throws Nakua with the catch and the touchdown
10:48And he does this without getting an offensive pass interference called on him right it's clean you can't do anything
11:01But it creates so much space and that's all Matthew Stafford needs he just needs that little break coming into the game
11:08Certainly Matthew Stafford understands where Puka is going to be almost every play Jones on first down finding the rookie tight end Tyler Warren a flag in at the end of the play
11:17More man pressure, but it gets to Jones the ball pops out stripped out by first and
11:28Recovered now here. They got to get about 15 yards so they can kick in effectively
11:35And they're gonna try to get that with Jonathan Taylor. He picks up the 49
11:40game-winning drives in his career
11:43Trying to start one here and he's got out
11:45Well all alone 2-2 Adwell and it's 2-2 goodbye
11:57One play
11:5888 yards and 2-2 takes it for six
12:04Well, you know something happens when you find somebody that wide open down the field and
12:09He crosses back underneath you tangle your feet up and all of a sudden your Cameron Bynum has got no shot
12:16He's gotten out leverage because he's playing his responsibility and
12:21You can see right here. He just clicks his heels together
12:26It's like Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz
12:29Kevin except he's not going home. He's going to the ground well Adwell's going home. He handled the whole part 88 yards
12:35For the touchdown and just like that
12:41Matthew Stafford
12:43375 yards passing and three scores
12:45In a room of crazy
12:47Daniel Jones checking it short with pressure coming to Jonathan Taylor and Taylor
12:54Calls it for the 20-yard line a nine-yard gain on the play
12:58Down a touchdown
12:59Down a touchdown low snap to Jones
13:03To the sideline and out of nine Mitchell with the catch
13:09Houston 15
13:12Jones heaves it for Pittman on the sideline intercepted
13:16Cam curls done it again
13:19His second pick of the day
13:22So the game is not over yet
13:26Tyron Williams trying to end it as he gets good yardage on a first down run and the Colts will use a timeout
13:34You can see you know the results of all the effort they put in during the work week
13:38This this was a very confident team and we sense that vibe at practice on Friday and a first down
13:45For the Rams and now it's going to be interesting to see how they bounce back next week
13:51So the Los Angeles Rams bounce back from their disappointment against the Philadelphia Eagles
13:58And their first three and one start since they won the Super Bowl in the 2021 season
14:08You
