Former Super Bowl winner backs Chiefs to contend this season

00:01I mean, I think if you look at last year, you know, there's games where, like, man, they just don't look like themselves.

00:05You know, everybody's getting older, yada, yada, and all of a sudden they're still in the Super Bowl.

00:10So you can never count the Chiefs out.

00:12And the reason why you can't is when you've got that mix of the business.

00:15You know, if you can't get the job done, they find somebody else that can, and they're constantly working on that.

00:21Their depth at every position is huge.

00:23They've been able to, you know, retain guys like Chris Jones and, you know, just massive, like, iconic figures.

00:31Some teams can keep three, four guys.

00:33They've managed to keep six and seven, like, very important players.

00:36Anytime you have that kind of leadership in the room, you always will have a chance.
