00:38you're right so these are the games typically that james franklin and the penn state and the lions

00:43failed to step up but you know those were against the likes of michigan and ohio state outside of

01:09but you just look at the statistics right four and twenty uh penn state is against top 10 opponents

01:21him he's more experienced i believe and has played in bigger games drew aller than dante moore dante

01:26moore up until this point has played fantastic completing over 60 percent of his passes 70 percent of

01:32his passes 962 11 and 1 but he's transferred from ucla his biggest road test up until this point was

01:40northwestern they won but didn't cover and it's going to be a wide out in happy valley so you know

01:45what is the matchup here for penn state to get the win and then cover the number it is the lowest number

02:30oklahoma state uh now they're uh mtsu if we're looking honestly how do you evaluate these two programs
