We went to meet former Strictly-pro, Graziano Di Prima, as he held a special workshop at a ballroom in Fleetwood.

Dancers young and old took part in the class, which was suitable for all abilities.

Watch what the participants had to say about the session, at the Crown Ballroom, Fleetwood.

Filmed and edited by Lucinda Herbert.

00:00Today we did two incredible classes, cha-cha and salsa.
00:06The people were so happy, and this is what I love the most in my job, to share my love for dancing.
00:12I'm going to go home with the smile of the people that after the class, they want to be back.
00:17That's what you want, because obviously in the group class you never know the level of the people that are attending.
00:22But my job is to make everyone feeling so blessed that they want to learn new stuff,
00:28don't get bored, but mostly have fun.
00:32So we've travelled up from Cheshire, and we've come to this lovely place, the Crown Ballroom,
00:36to do the dance classes with Graziano.
00:39I'm not a dancer, it's something I've taken up because we started doing classes online,
00:43and we know how good he is as a teacher and everything.
00:45We love coming to Blackpool, going to the ballroom and everything, and this is a really nice venue.
00:51It's been lovely seeing lots of different people, and then watching the kids doing and enjoying themselves,
00:56and learning new steps, new challenge at my age.
00:59What I loved about this class is that we had all ages, different abilities, and we were just all included,
01:04and it was wonderful.
01:05We got technique, a lot of energy, a lot of smiles, and just a lot of joy really.
