At least 44 people killed in Gaza as Israel ignores demands for ceasefire

The attacks came just hours after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that his country "must finish the job" against Hamas in Gaza while addressing other world leaders at the UN General Assembly on Friday.
