Facing the intense pressures of law school, NYU students are finding strength in ancient Hindu practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork. The newly formed Hindu Law Students Association (HLSA), the only group of its kind in any U.S. law school, provides a space for Hindu students to connect, share diverse perspectives, and reclaim cultural identity. Founded by twin sisters Tanya and Megha Bansal, HLSA aims to help future lawyers balance academic stress with spiritual grounding, fostering both community and personal resilience.
