00:00You know, yoga is a very big part of my life. I'll tell you something.
00:03I was from the R.A. Samaji School, where yoga was our subject.
00:10Dharma Shikshah taught us in our school.
00:14So I do yoga from childhood. Suri Namaskar is a part of my daily routine, anyway.
00:20But in the last two years, I worked a lot on breathwork.
00:24So pranayam, alom bilom, this is my life.
00:26When I wake up in the morning, I feel good that I can center myself in some way.
00:32And if my day is long, I know that I need energy today.
00:36So I keep my breath in that way and plan my day.
00:41So yoga is a very big part of my life.
00:43And I think as Indians, we need to celebrate it much more.
00:46And by celebrating, I mean that not just by putting it up on Instagram.
00:50I mean that actually practicing it, you know, and you'll realize what it does to you.
