Residents take shelter as 'Opong' threatens

Residents of Barangay Baybay, Legazpi City take shelter at Legazpi City Port Elementary School following the threat of Severe Tropical Storm 'Opong.' The Albay Public Safety Emergency Management Office (Apsemo) reported that there were 163,515 families or 702,756 people threatened by lahar and flood from 15 towns and three cities across Albay province.
