00:08It hasn't sunk in yet, to be honest.
00:10It's still very surreal and just super proud of the group

00:18and prove everyone wrong and we just kept doing it each week.
00:23Lards and Rhino and Xavier, yeah, they just kept on giving the boys
00:28the same message week in, week out.
00:30Yeah, it's just huge.
00:32I just can't believe it, to be honest.
00:34I'm still pitching myself.
00:35I didn't think it would ever happen, to be honest.
00:37You're playing six grand finals, is that right?
00:39Yeah, this was six, yeah.
00:41A lot of things go through your head going into the sixth grand final, that's for sure.
00:44How were you feeling at three-quarter time?
00:46You had a bit of a buffer but, you know,
00:48it was still within reach for Koroid?
00:49Oh, we know how good Koroid are and they're never going to lay down
00:52so we knew that the first ten minutes was going to be crucial
00:55and, yeah, the boys are stuck fat.
00:57Yeah, just so proud of the whole group, to be honest.
01:00It's, yeah, unbelievable.
01:02And is this your final game of senior football?
01:04Yeah, 100% I'm retiring, so it's been a long season for me
01:08and now my time will be with the kids.
01:13Yeah, our boys are starting to come through and playing at North
01:16and 300 games and, yeah, to do it with me best mate,

01:22Yeah, it's just, yeah, unbelievable feeling.
01:24I'm just, yeah, very privileged.

01:31And what will the celebrations be like this week, Tom?
01:33Massive, yeah.
01:34You can already see how many people have come out.
01:36We've got a huge supporter base and a lot of families.
01:39Everyone's stuck by us and especially through the tough times
01:42and, yeah, all this is for everyone.
01:45So, yeah, mum and dad and Rach and the kids and, yeah, everyone.
01:50It's just, yeah, it's going to be a massive celebration, that's for sure.
01:53What does the club mean to you?
01:55Oh, everything, yeah.
01:56Growing up in Bushfield, live at the back door.
01:59Met Rachel there, our kids play there.
02:02Play footy with my brother.
02:04That's where, yeah, all my mates are.
02:06And, yeah, it's just such a good club.
02:08And it's, yeah, all the hard work and that,
02:11it's a reward for all the little things that people do
02:14behind the scenes and volunteers and that.
02:16It's good to finally give a bid back, so.
