00:00Hello, my name's Ian and I'm currently in my garden stadium watching Barlicktown.
00:15I came first time watching a football match here and saw the house and didn't realise it
00:20were a house and my wife said it was for sale so we decided to buy it and we bought the house
00:27and when the grandchildren started coming along they were leaning on the fence so we built
00:32the platform all the lads that worked it and then it came still a garden stadium and we're
00:38currently watching a match. As you can see that the seats here are from Barlick football
00:43club that they took them out of the old cricket ground and I found out they were selling them
00:47so we rang them up and they let me have six of the seats which I've got three grandchildren
00:56here at the moment but I've eight grand some so when it's full it's oversubscribed really
01:02but we all can stand here and watch a match. Obviously as you can tell the benefits of having
01:08your own stadium in the garden is being able to come out and watch a good local match and
01:15the wife doesn't like coming out when it's too cold so I like to come out here and watch
01:19a match through the week in between watching Coronation Street or whatever on television and this
01:26far beats watching television for me. I get free beer from the chairman he brings some over
01:34and I go get him and thoroughly enjoy a good night out on a Tuesday cold night in winter watching
01:40local Barlick town and as you can see we're drawing three a piece at the moment and if we win 4-3 it will
01:50even be a better result.
