00:59We build a giant castle fit for a fairytale and show you how to make your very own flag.
01:04But first, let's fly off to Hong Kong to make some really snappy art.
01:12Oh, wow, look! We're in Hong Kong at a beautiful beach.
01:19There's so much to see here, look!
01:22Some people are swimming.
01:24And there's a fisherman.
01:26Wow, look at that boat!
01:28And that lifeguard!
01:32What's that?
01:34It's a crab!
01:37A super snappy crab!
01:41And it's just given me a great idea!
01:46Let's try something!
01:48Try using old pasta to make a snappy lasagna mosaic crab.
01:54Let's make it!
01:57Bye, Mr. Crab!
02:01We're going to need a mini-maker to help us.
02:04Let's see if there's one nearby.
02:06Oh!
02:07Hello, mini-makers!
02:10Now, who's going to help me today?
02:11Hi, Mr. Maker!
02:12I'm Audrey!
02:14Hello, Audrey!
02:16I can help you!
02:18Oh, that's good news!
02:20Everyone else, thank you very much!
02:22Oh, that's great!
02:23Audrey is on her way to help us make our picture.
02:29But first, we'll need somewhere to make it!
02:31Oh, fantastic!
02:32The marvellous maker case has become a marvellous making table!
02:44Now, we just need some arty things to make our picture!
02:48We'll need some paper or card, some paint, some brushes, some stickers, a glue stick and a pen.
03:10And we're also going to need something else!
03:13That's right!
03:14A half-eaten ice lolly!
03:16What?
03:17A half-eaten ice lolly!
03:20We don't need that!
03:21Scraps!
03:22How did you get here?
03:24Look, we don't need this ice lolly, but we do need a different type of food.
03:30We need some dry pasta sheets that you might use to make a lasagna!
03:35See that you can find some!
03:36Alright, but open up!
03:37Open up!
03:38That's it!
03:39Bye, Scraps!
03:40I've got no idea how that ice lolly didn't melt in my suitcase, you know.
03:45Oh!
03:46Well done, Scraps!
03:47That's just what we need!
03:48Thank you!
03:52We've got some dry pasta sheets!
03:57Excellent!
03:58We've got everything we need, but it feels like something's missing!
04:03Do you know what it is?
04:06I'm here, Mr. Maker!
04:08Oh, of course!
04:09Audrey!
04:10Thank you so much for coming!
04:12It's great to see you!
04:13You're just in time to make this lasagna mosaic crab!
04:19A mosaic is a picture made up of lots of different little colourful pieces.
04:25Now, Audrey, are you ready?
04:27Are you ready?
04:28Yes!
04:29Good!
04:30Are you ready?
04:31Fantastic!
04:32Let's get making!
04:33Now, the first thing we're going to do, Audrey, is take some dry, uncooked pasta sheets like
04:40this.
04:41Now, this is a really good way of using up some food that's gone out of date.
04:46But we're not going to eat this today, Audrey, and we're not going to make a lovely lasagna, I'm afraid.
04:52But we are going to do some painting!
04:54So let's paint our lasagna sheets.
04:56You can use whatever colour of paint you like, but today we're going to use blue and orange.
05:03Why don't you grab some brushes, Audrey, and let's get painting!
05:06Now, you can paint your lasagna sheets quite roughly.
05:16It doesn't have to be neat.
05:17And you could always add some gloopy glue to your paint to help it stick to the lasagna.
05:23Keep going until you've painted all your lasagna sheets and leave them to dry.
05:30Now, we have to break them into very small pieces by carefully snapping them.
05:36So, Audrey, let's get snapping!
05:39You can have the orange pieces and I'll have the blue.
05:44That's it!
05:49Keep going until you've broken up all your painted lasagna sheets into pieces.
05:54And now I'm going to give these pieces to you, is that okay?
05:58Okay!
05:59Thank you!
06:00Now it's time to draw whatever our pasta pieces are going to colour in.
06:05You can draw whatever you like, but today we're going to draw a crab!
06:19Excellent!
06:24Now we need to use our pasta pieces to fill in our picture.
06:29Audrey, could you take that glue stick and put some glue on the back of our pasta pieces?
06:35That's it!
06:37Thank you!
06:40Carefully fill in the picture by sticking on the different coloured lasagna pieces.
06:45Brilliant!
06:50Our picture is really taking shape, Audrey, but now we need to add some extra details with some stickers.
06:57So, can you find some stickers over there?
07:00Thank you, Audrey!
07:02You can use stickers for eyes, a mouth, and some eyebrows.
07:09We've finished our lasagna mosaic crab.
07:13And if you enjoyed that, why not try these other ideas too?
07:18How about a terrific turtle with a brightly coloured shell?
07:24Or why not try a brilliant bee with yellow and black stripes?
07:30You could even try a swirly shelled snail, like this.
07:36Why don't you try one of those pictures today?
07:40Thank you so much for your help, Audrey.
07:42We made it!
07:44Let's do some crabby high fives.
07:46Here we go.
07:49Fantastic!
07:50What a snappy picture!
07:52Well done, Audrey.
07:57After a busy day travelling the world, you have to take a break and have a drink of water.
08:03What's that noise?
08:07It's coming from the marvellous maker case.
08:10Can you hear that?
08:15It's the shapes!
08:16They're off on their journey around the world!
