The LIV Golf stalwart is popular, rather than polarising, with his team

00:00I've just really enjoyed Bryson.

00:01You know, Bryson, after, let's see,

00:05Greensboro in 2021, maybe, I was leading the tournament,

00:10and I choked it away.

00:12And the next week, or the two weeks after,

00:15I saw him in Baltimore at Caves Valley.

00:18And he walked up and said, he goes, hey, man, keep your head up.

00:22That happens to everybody.

00:23You're playing some great golf.

00:24And just encouraged me.

00:26And I always remember that.

00:29And so, obviously, I haven't played a lot of golf

00:31with him the last couple of years.

00:32But I've always enjoyed Bryson.

00:35And it's been really cool getting to kind of pick

00:38his brain this week.

00:39He's great in team events.

00:40And I was watching him hit drivers on the range the other day.

00:43And I'm glad he's on our side.

00:46He's a showman out there.

00:48I think he's going to get the crowd fired up.

00:50And it's really great any time he's on these teams

00:54because he's such a fantastic player.

00:56He's made a huge effort being a part of this team, flying to team

01:00dinners, showing up weeks that he's playing on the live to where

01:05we are on the PGA Tour just to be a part of that team.

01:08And he's done a great job.

01:09I mean, he's got his own thing going on.

01:12And it's easy for us to get together because we're all playing week in and week out together.

01:15So I think he's done a huge job of trying to insert himself on this team.

01:21And given his personality and his brand, he's great with the fans.

01:27I think that's going to be a huge attribute to the team this week.
