00:00I have to say thank you for the mention in the book
00:02because you did say that you watched my show in prison.
00:05I didn't realise I had this fan base.
00:08It's fantastic. I'll take it.
00:10Look, before you enhanced, it's sort of a prison rule,
00:13before you enhanced, you spent about 22 hours locked up
00:16in a very small cell and they gave you a little television
00:18and I had BBC Channel 4 and ITV
00:20and your morning show is very colourful, entertaining.
00:23So that hour went away like this.
00:26Yes, it does. It does go by fast.
00:28You're absolutely right.
00:29And I'm very glad over it, that's for sure.
00:32Do you think being in prison has changed you for the better?
00:36Do you think?
00:37Look, in hindsight, you have a lot of time to think about.
00:40You know, 22 hours is a long time
00:41and obviously there are reasons why I was incarcerated,
00:45why I found guilty.
00:47And you have to be very honest with yourself
00:48and you have to face the truth of saying,
00:50well, there are reasons for it to happen.
00:52Yes, I can always blame other people,
00:54but ultimately it's my choice and my decision.
00:56So hence the new old look, I said.
00:59OK, I got to go back to that mentality of the tennis player
01:02that was very disciplined and consistent
01:04and knew the rights and the wrongs.
01:07And ever since I'm out, this is the lifestyle meeting.
