00:07conference is that Liberal Democrat values, Liberal Democrat policies and our
00:10view of the opportunity in this country are really the antidote to reform. So yes
00:15we've spoken about reform because we want to be utterly clear that what we're
00:18offering is a very different proposition. So for those many voters up and down the
00:21country who want to see change, who are fed up with this Labour government and
00:24don't think the Conservatives have answers, we are saying loud and clear that
00:28we are a positive alternative to reform.
