00:00Two unique potato dishes made in the mountains, ones you've probably never seen before.
00:04But today, I'm going to show them to you.
00:06First, I head to my farm and harvest some fresh potatoes.
00:09Then, I pick some green onion leaves and move on to wash the potatoes.
00:12I fill a tub with clean water and thoroughly wash all the potatoes until they're nice and clean.
00:17Next, I begin grating them using a machine.
00:19Once grated, I mix in some corn flour and shape the mixture into patties.
00:23I also add some mixed spices to enhance the flavor.
00:26Then, I start deep frying the patties.

00:33After that, I fry more potatoes, letting them cook until they turn a nice golden brown.
00:37Then, I sprinkle some chili spices on top.
00:40Next, I saute garlic and onions and pour a special chutney over them.
00:43After that, I add some water and let the potatoes simmer well for a while.
00:47Once everything is cooked through, the result is incredibly tangy and delicious potatoes,
00:51full of flavor and totally mouth-watering.
